- Destination: Chn ni s cha i tng hp Stock c to ra. C th


chn trong cy ph h hoc ngay trn mn hnh ho.
4. C th iu chnh cc gi tr X, Y, Z nu mun tng thm hoc gim i
kch thc Box Stock to ra.

5. C th thay i trc h thng Axis System dng nh ngha Rough Stock


bng cch Click vo nt Select an Axis v sau chn:
- Mt trc khc.
- Mt mt phng Plane khc.
- Mt Surface Planar khc.

ROUGHING OPERATIONS
(Gia cng th)
I. CREATE A SWEEP ROUGHING OPERATION
:
- To chu trnh gia cng th Sweep Roughing. Sweep Roughing l 1 chu trnh
cho php gia cng th chi tit Part bi mt phng Planes thng ng Vertical.
1. Chn Sweep Roughing ICon. Hp thoi xut hin:

Area to Avoid

- Mi vng mu trn ICon ng trong hnh trn c th Click ri chn trc


tip hoc Right Click vo n v chn cc cng c trong Menu ng cnh hin

- Part: Vng mu , chn cc b mt Face (Right Click v chn trong
Menu ng cnh) hoc chn ton b chi tit gia cng (Click v chn lun
chi tit trong mn hnh ho). Part ny c th c Offset on part:imm.
- Part Avoid: Vng tng t nh Check, l vng m khi gia cng s cn
trnh.
- Top/Down: nh ngha cc mt phng cao nht v thp nht. Cc mt phng
ny s nh ra vng dao s gia cng chi tit. Nu vng no ca chi tit nm
ngoi vng ny th s khng gia cng.
- Check: nh ngha vng kim tra. L vng dao s trnh khng ng vo.
- Limiting Contour: nh ngha gii hn gia cng bn ngoi ca chi tit.
Cng c th kch hot cng c Part Autolimit v cc Contour gii hn ring
l hoc cng nhau nh ngha vng mun gia cng. Trong hnh sau y,

- Chu trnh Roughing l mt chu trnh cho php gia cng th chi tit Parts
theo cc mt phng nm ngang Horizontal Planes.
- Trc ht, hin th m hnh di dng khung dy wireframe
1. Click nt Roughing ICon. Hp thoi xut hin

Geometry Tab Pages: Xc nh cc thng s hnh hc cho chu

- Chu trnh ny buc phi chn Rough Stock chng trnh s tnh ton
tng quan gia phi v chi tit thc hin tnh ton s lng lp ct cn
thit.
- Tt c cc thng s Geometry u tng t nh Geometry ca chu trnh gia
cng Prismatic Roughing Operation. Ch khc thng s Zone Order s ni
phn sau.
- Imposed Plane: L mt phng dng c ct phi i qua. Nu mun s dng
tt c Surface Planar trong Part nh l Surface Imposed, s dng cng c
Search/View trong Menu ng cnh khi Right Click vo Imposed Plane
trn ICon ng. Sau khi hp thoi hin ra, Click nt All Planes tm tt c
cc Surface Planar hoc Click nt Reachable Planes tm cc Surface

Sau khi c kt qu, Click chn cc Surface trong danh sch v Click

- Tool/Rough Stock:

+ Position: nh ngha v tr ng ca tm dng c ct so vi phi th.


Gm Inside/Outside/On.
+ Offset: nh ngha khong cch dng c ct vt qu v tr. N th
hin bng % ca ng knh ca dng c ct. Thng s ny hu dng trong

Vi Part Contouring: Uncheck, th s Cut nh bnh thng, dao s chy

+ Pocket filter: Chn cng c kch hot cng c. Sau nhp Tool
Core Diameter (%). Khng phi Pocket no cng c gia cng nu n

cho php i xung c hc Pocket. Kch c Pocket nh nht c a ra
pha di.
- Bottom Tab:

+ Automatic horizontal areas detection: Khi kim ny c chn,


l con ng duy nht chc chn rng cc mt phng ct tng ng vi 1
vng nm ngang c nh ngha cho Imposed Plane ct qua vng . Ngha
l bn phi tnh ton n Offset ca Part. Plane ny p t cho tt c cc Part
(nhng th l khng tt nhin). Nu c vi vng nm ngang c tnh ton ti
cc lp khc nhau bn phi nh ngha tt c theo cc Imposed Plane.

1. Click nt Zlevel ICon. Hp thoi hin ra:
