Voloshky School Policies
In order to enroll in a class a student must first register. A student is considered to be registered in the
School after having filled out a registration form (electronic or paper) and after having paid a nonrefundable registration fee of $55.00 per class of enrollment per student.
Students are permitted to enroll in classes recommended for them by the Director with the advice of staff.
It is expected that the student will remain in the School for the entire year.
Please advise us of all changes pertaining to any of the information given on the registration form.
Termination Policy
We request that prompt notice be given if a student wishes to leave any particular class or leave the School.
Payments for classes will end upon such notice, with the installment for the month during which the student
left the class of the School.
Policy on Readmission
Once a student has left a class or the School, the student must register again in order to be re-admitted to a
class of the School.
School Recital
All Students are required to take part in the School Recital which takes place the third (3) Sunday in
May, May 15th, 2016. All students will receive the appropriate costumes in advance of the recital. The
costumes are required to be returned after the recital.

Fiscal Policies for the 2015 - 2016 School Year
Payment System
During the school year from September 14th, 2015 through June 13th, 2016 a minimum of 32 lessons will
be scheduled for each of the classes offered in our program. Tuition for the entire school year plus the
nonrefundable registration fee is to be paid in 4 installments. The following page will outline the payments
and the schedule.
Besides tuition for classes, each student is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $55.00 by
the first installment date. This registration fee covers costume rental fees and other associated recital fees
which includes two tickets per child for the Spring Recital.
No credit shall be given for missed classes except by the arrangement of the Director in the cases of serious
illness and only if it is not possible for the student to make up the missed classes in some way.
Classes cancelled because of severe weather conditions or other reasons may be rescheduled when
necessary in order to have a minimum of 32 lessons scheduled for any particular class, be this in the form
of any extra lesson in preparation for a performance or a regularly scheduled lesson, no extra fees will be

A receipt will be made out at the time of payment stating the amount paid and the number and the month of
