Finished Size

Small: 6 long and 5.25 wide, fits 12-13 calf
Medium: 6 long and 6 wide, fits 13.5-15 calf
Large: 7.5 long and 6.75 wide, fits 15.5-17 calf
X-Large: 7.5 long and 7.5 wide, fits 17.5-19 calf

Red Heart Soft Yarn (Worsted Weight),
1 skein (250 yd)

Gauge
14 stitches x 14 rows in pattern stitch = 4 x 4 (10 cm x 10 cm)
Check your gauge for best results.

Hook
Size H (5.0 mm) crochet hook
or appropriate size to obtain correct gauge

Cuffs
All Sizes
Chain 15 [15, 21, 21].
Row 1 (Wrong Side): Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc blo in each sc across. Turn.
Rows 3-35: Ch 1, sc blo in each st across. Turn.
Size Medium Only
Rows 36-41: Ch 1, sc blo in each st across. Turn.
Size Large Only
Rows 36-47: Ch 1, sc blo in each st across. Turn.
Size X-Large Only
Rows 36-53: Ch 1, sc blo in each st across. Turn.

All Sizes
Folding the cuff in half with right side facing, sl st through the back loop
of the stitches in the last row and the back of the stitches of the
foundation chain to seam the cuff up the side. Turn perpendicular to
work along the top edge of the cuff. Do not fasten off.

Edging
All Sizes
Row 1 (Right Side): Ch 1, sc in the side of each st across. Do not turn; join with sl st in first sc. (36 [42, 48, 54] sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in same sc as join, skip 2 sc, 5 dc in next sc, skip 2 sc, *sc in next sc, skip 2 sc, 5 dc in next sc, skip 2 sc.
Repeat from * to end of row. Join with sl st in first sc.
Row 3: Ch 5 (counts as dc, ch 2), *sc in third dc of 5-dc group, ch 2, dc in next sc, ch 2. Repeat from * to end of row. Join
with sl st in third ch of ch-5.
Row 4: Ch 1, sc in same ch as join, 5 dc in next sc, *sc in next dc, 5 dc in next sc. Repeat from * to end of row. Join with sl st
in first sc.
Row 5: Repeat Row 3.
Size Large and X-Large Only
Row 6-7: Repeat Rows 4-5.
All Sizes
Row 6 [6, 8, 8]: Ch 1, sc in same ch as join, (2 dc, 2 tr, 2 dc) in next sc, *sc in next dc, (2 dc, 2 tr, 2 dc) in next sc. Repeat
from * to end of row. Join with sl st in first sc.

Finishing
Fasten off and weave in ends.
