Basically to provide some fun element to the working environment and as
supplementary to staff welfare.

Mechanism

Vending machine on rental basis with no rental.

Company to 50% subsidized on the purchase of good from the vending
machine. Staff to bare
50% of their purchases.

A fees of RM500 to be imposed if the consumption is less than 2500 item per
month

Regular replenishment from the vendor

Collection of coin and maintenance by the vendor

Payment terms 30 days

Contract for 1 year with exit clause by providing 1 month notice to the vendor

Vending machine will be store with:
2.8.1 Drinks : carbonate drinks, fruit juice, dairy milk
2.8.2 Lite Bites: Cup Mee, Biscuits, Muffin, Bread
2.8.3 Snacks: Chocolates, Nuts, Chips, Sweets

Assume that meeting the min consumption of 2500 item @ average of
RM1.20 per item
RM1.20 x 2500 = RM3000
RM3000/170 staff = RM17.65 per staff

Assuming that consumption is of average of 1000 item @ average of RM1.20
per item
RM1.20 x 1000 = RM1200 + RM500 = RM1700
