the IBC 2015-2016 Constitutional Service Agreement Form
C. Direct the IBC Executive Board to receive an update on the status of food at the
IBC 2015-2016 1st Tuesday Weekly Meeting

a. Direct all IBC offices to update on all relevant office activities
b. Direct all offices to review the official IBC calendar to place
organizational structure upon both IB programs, and on the
council itself
B. Legislation Sessions
a. Formal Presentation on Proposal for IBC Tuesday Weekly Meeting
Student Recognition
i. Proposed by the 2015-2016 IBC President’s Office
If voted on, the 2015-2016 IBC will recognize one male and
female each week at the Tuesday Weekly IBC meetings in
appreciation for their impact on the IB programs at VHS.
This bill is subject to change on Quarterly Meetings and holiday
breaks. Representatives are directed to nominate individuals
regarding each week’s certificate of appreciation. Secretary’s
Office will be responsible upon printing certificates before the
Tuesday meetings.

b. Formal Presentation on Proposal for IBC to utilize PLICKERS app
for voting
i. Proposed by the 2015-2016 IBC President’s Office

If voted on, the 2015-2016 IBC will utilize the Plickers app
available on iPhone and Android to vote upon various agenda
items. This app allows the present assembly to be aware of
votes, and also encourages transparency and digital
communication.

Feinstein’s classroom
i. Proposed by the 2015-2016 IBC President’s Office
If voted on, the 2015-2016 IBC will authorize a board to be
requested to be placed in Dr. Feinstein’s classroom that

allows IBDP seniors to write down the colleges they have
been accepted into.
This is inspired by past IB teacher at Valley HS, Mr.
Thorsteinson’s College Board.

to store various items being sold by IBC toward IBC Budget

store

information for gear designs
