INTRODUCTION
This document details all security tokens which relate to the Fee Collection application.
Please be aware of the following:



if a token is referred to as enabled then the box next to the token name is ticked in Security Management;
if an option is referred to as greyed out the user will be unable to select the option, preventing them from
proceeding;
if a token is referred to as historical it no longer applies to Legend – these tokens can be selected or not selected
without any change to the user’s permissions;
tokens are grouped according to their prefix in security management.

1. FC_ SECURITY TOKENS
1.1. FC_CANADD_RETURNCODE
This token controls the user’s ability to add a new Return Code, in Configuration >> Returns. If this token is disabled the
Add Return Code button will not be shown.

1.2. FC_CANEDIT_RETURNCOD E
This token controls the user’s ability to edit an existing Returns code, in Configuration >> Returns. If this token is disabled
the Edit button to the right of each Returns Code will not be shown.

FC_CANEDIT_RETURNCODE enabled

1.3. FC_CANSET_CONFIG
This token controls the user’s ability to see the Configuration option in Fee Collection. If the token is disabled the
Configuration option will not be shown.

1.4. FC_CANSET_CONFIG _TEMPLATES
This token controls the user’s ability to access the Collection Templates option, under Configuration. If the token is
disabled the Collection Templates option will not be shown. Note that the user will also need FC_CANSET_CONFIG in
order to access this option.

FC_CANSET_CONFIG_TEMPLATES enabled

1.5. FC_RUN
This token controls the user’s ability to open the Fee Collection application. If this token is disabled the user will receive
an insufficient permissions message.
