Welton Enterprises, Inc.

Welton Enterprises, Inc. will use Smith & Gesteland as a 3rd party advisor for discrimination and harassment complaints if they cannot be resolved internally. Employees with questions or concerns about discrimination in the workplace are encouraged to bring these issues to the attention of their supervisor first. Employees can raise concerns and make reports without fear of reprisal. If the employee is uncomfortable bringing an issue up to their immediate supervisor or any other manager at Welton Enterprises, Inc., they may go directly to Smith & Gesteland for advice, and the Company will pay for the Smith & Gesteland advice to the employee. Any employee found to be engaging in prohibited discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action, including the possibility of termination of employment.
