    BLANTYRE CITY COUNCIL

    NOTICE
    Notice is hereby given that sand mining in the streams and
    moulding and burning of brinks within the Blantyre City is strictly
    prohibited.
    Town and Country Planning Act Chapter 203:01 of the Laws of
    Malawi Section 49 and complimentary City By-laws prohibit
    residents of the City to mine sand along the streams and moulding
    and burning of bricks within the City of Blantyre.
    Anyone contravening this NOTICE shall be liable to prosecution
    using the existing laws and By-Laws.
