Dear Atty. Papa:
I am in receipt of your demand letter dated June 10, 2004, in behalf of your client, Mr.
Carlito Jamero asking me to settle within five (5) days the alleged claim of ONE
HUNDRED NINETY ONE THOUSAND PESOS (P/191,000.00) more or less, for your said
client .
Atty. Papa, I am exhausting possible means within which to settle this account to your
client Mr. Jamero and may I ask twenty (20) days more or less from date of receipt of this
note within which to settle said account. Your good client knows personally that, this is
actually not my personal account, in fact it is a plain accommodation of the near relative
which Im suffering now for my own checks which due to circumstances beyond my
control, I failed to make good as expected. It is for this reason, that I write your goodself to
appeal for your kind understanding for reasons stated above. Ako ang nasasabit dito sa
obligasyon na hindi naman akong talaga ang gumamit at nakinabang.
