So in my interview my finding were that about the person I interviewed has worked this
job for 3 years while in school up at the University of Utah and while going to school has
completed his school and received his bachelors degree in political science. He is very
work orientated and knows what he wants to me hes very verbal on his skills as in with
dealing with customers on the phone everyday has good verbal communications skills. I
feel as if I have learned a lot from this person hes driven His personality is good hes
very good with people and doesnt have an ego. Very good at rationalizing situation as in
fixing them. Finding out what the problem is and having an answer for it almost instantly.
I believe I can use this information and apply to my everyday life since I will be working
with people when I get my associates. Ive thought about getting into the repossession
business or just opening a small coffee shop. I see a lot of coffee shops opening up and its
not Starbucks its little coffee shops with individual owners or several owners. It seems
like theyre doing quite well. Theres a coffee shop on 9th south over by tracks and its

called the blue coffee bean I think and the manager over there says theyve been open for
a couple of years and theyve been doing quiet well and all there coffee has a different
taste to it and its from Asia the aroma has a really good scent to it. The other business I
want to get into is what my spouse is already doing hes running a Repossession
Company called WIRB which stands for Western International Recovery Bureau its in
Salt Lake City and the Corporate owners are out of Washington Spokane I believe thats
the city. They are corporate owned by one owner that has about 15 repossession
companies on the west coast I know theres two in Utah this one in Salt Lake City and the
other one in St. George. I would like for us to have our own hopefully after I get my
associates we will reopen Uintah Towing and Recovery and get it going again since I will
have my associates degree in business administration I will know how to run it right this
time. Since we had it last I had no idea how to handle the finances and run the business.
We pretty much got it licensed and went to some dealerships got their accounts and some
title loans got their business and open up a business account with Wells Fargo and thats
pretty much how we started and it helps to know people in this industry. Its a
competitive industry you need to know what other companies are charging and if
everyone has that same repo order you do. Its a competitive business to be in we do skip
tracing on accounts that lead on wild goose chases looking for the vehicle which is
ridiculous this person will say I will call my uncle and he will call the debtor and get an
address instead of him just giving us the number right then they want us to come back. So
we go through a lot of gas which is about $300-$400 a week and if we go to Vernal its
more since its a whole tank of gas we go through in one trip. Anyways this is just what
Im thinking about getting into and since Ive taken this class its really helped me to

communicate better and become more social and verbal. It was really hard when I first
started school I was so nervous all the time and then after a couple of weeks my anxiety
started to wear off after I got comfortable with everyone and speaking in class which was
my hardest out of everything and then after a while I just got used to it. So I am thankful
to this day to be in school and learn all that I can learn because I will certainly use it to
my advantage. I know everything I have learned will come in useful one day. After my
interview it was interesting to know that this person had really good verbal
communications and also the field that he wanted to get into was quiet interesting.
