PROCRASTINATION

Procrastination is another one of the biggest causes of energy loss. This is energy that could be
utilized in a more useful way.

The reason for the procrastination could be any one of the following;

1. Not important
2. Fear of not knowing how to do it
3. Will not enjoy doing the task
4. Not interested at the time

Now let’s see just how much energy you are wasting.

Make a list of 5 things that you procrastinate about and next to each item the reason why.

Now lets see where all your energy is going. Give each item 2 points and at the end of each
section write down the total. Imagine that your inner barometer is 100, then take your total and
deduct it from the 100 and see what is left. It is amazing how much mental energy is used
throughout our daily lives.

Make a list of the 10 most energy-draining situations and rank them from 1(most energy
draining) to 10 (the least).
