1- designing of the mechanical parts of a Biogas and Compost system

* I designed a shredding machine that include calculating force and stress

analysis , force required to cut the material, torque and power required for
this machine.
* part of the team that designed an absorber and stripper column that was
used for separating CO2 and CH4 gases using water, CO2 is then stripped
from water at later stage .
The system was tested and it showed a satisfactory results
* Designing and manufacturing of a screening machine that is used to
screen the compost by a centrifugal force . My role was to calculate the
speed and power required to get optimuim screening .
