Re: Request to transfer Broadband account to another name/account user
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am a Globe Broadband subscriber for the past three years. However, I have been continuously
experiencing serious issues with internet speed and stability/reliability (an incredibly slow internet
connection, unstable/unreliable connection, and/or frequent disconnection). Albeit my incessant
complaints and numerous requests to permanently disconnect our internet service, your company has
offered several repairs and even a replacement of the modem to safeguard our internet connection but to
no avail up until now.
I have contacted your hotline, (02)730-1300 last week and the hotline assistant offered me an alternative
to my decision. That is, to transfer my account to any relative residing anywhere the Philippines instead of
permanently disconnecting my internet broadband service. This letter is my formal request to transfer the
said account to my brother, Karl Eric Fernandez Campilan. I have listed below the pertinent information
you can use for my request:
