my Transcript and Provisional Certificate for me from Examination Branch, Admin Block
UET, Taxila. You will find a copy of his identification enclosed, which you may use to confirm
his identity when he arrives to collect the documents. This notice will remain valid until I
provide a written notice stating otherwise. You will also find his signature below, which you
may also use in order to verify his identity when he signs for the document. Further, copies of the
bank fee challan submitted for documents and my NIC are also attached for verification. Thank
