Mr. Bush: The update on your case is that I have urgent calls out to both Sonia Menzies, Director of Ambulatory Care atVMC (and the boss of PACE Clinic’s Director) as well as Stanford’s Clinic Manager Suzellen Jones. TheDirector of PACE said the matter needs to be addressed with her higher-ups. I am going to give Ms. Menzies and Ms. Jones a few more days to get back to me before escalating the matter. The next step will be contacting County Counsel. I have spoken with both District Attorney Jaron Shipp and Public Defender Anthony Flemmer. Bothremembered your case and can provide confirmation of the Peaceful Contact Order’s terms to anyone who mayneed it, but they cannot assist beyond that. Please keep me posted on your potential meeting with Ms. Howard. As always, please feel free to call or email. Sincerely,
Denise Miller

to sign declarations, you could prepare one for yourself, recounting your conversation with them. That way,I have a verified statement from at least an attorney—if not a two county employees—that makes further contact on the issue unnecessary, should it come up.Sent from Outlook _____________________________ From: Denise Miller <denise.miller@lawfoundation.org>Sent: Friday, November 6, 2015 11:52 AMSubject: UpdatesTo: James Bush <theoknock@gmail.com>

Mr. Bush, If I do not hear back from VMC and/or Stanford by Wednesday 11/11, I will call County Counsel. We havefrequent contact with County Counsel in our Patients’ Rights Unit and I expect them to respond to the matterappropriately and timely. If we find that we need declarations from the District Attorney or Public Defender, I imagine they will bewilling to provide those. However, I think that the Peaceful Contact Order and my conversations with Mr.Flemmer and Mr. Shipp are sufficient proof to keep the matter moving forward. Sincerely,
Denise Miller
