To whom it may concern,

My name is Marybelle Panlilio, and I am currently a junior attending Kearny SCT (Science,
Connections, and Technology). I am currently achieving a 4.5 GPA, and I am taking AP Biology,
Honors Chemistry, Computer Science Principles, and a My brother, who attended Kearny
Construction Tech Academy (now known as Kearny Engineering, Innovation, and Design),
graduated as the Salutatorian. As the good little sibling I am, it's my goal to graduate as
Valedictorian so I can rub it in his face. Well, not really, but I am aiming to become Valedictorian
to make my family proud. Along with this, I am teaching myself how to play piano, as my
teacher moved over the summer. I don't want the 4 years of teaching to go to waste, so I am
using what I learned to teach myself piano pieces from video games.
I have chosen to major in computer science due to my interest in this field. Ever since I was
young, there has been a presence of computers around me. As I grew older, I learned how to use
a computer, and found myself wondering how it works. This soon grew into an interest, which
caused me to major in computer science. One area I have interest in is Computer Programming. I
would like to have people experience the interest I got from going on the internet and playing
flash games, as well as console video games. This interest has driven me to choose this major,
and I currently has no second thoughts.
