A Dwarf learns this Skill at a cost of only 1 slot. (Not considered Cross Class)
A Dwarf learns this Skill at a cost of 2 slots.
A Dwarf gains this skill at no cost.

Dwarf/Gnome Proficiencies cost Triple for other Races to learn.


Dwarves may select one free skill from - Armorer, blacksmith, Carpentry, Engineering, Gem Cutting, Leatherworking,
Mining, Smelting, Stonemasonry, Weapon Smith. (Also gain Dwarf Runes free.)
Elves may select one free skill from - Dancing, Etiquette, Musical Instrument, Singing.

Starting Skills:
All Classes begin with a set number of Proficiency Slots at 1st level, to which is added the value for No.
Languages gained from Intelligence. Some Races and Class Packages may give bonus Skills.
Warrior (4), Wizard (3), Priest (3), Rogue (5)
Each Character Class gains 2 additional slots each time they increase in Level.
