TRIBAL LEADER CONSULTATIONS ON REAUTHORIZATION
OF THE
ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT

The U.S. Department of Education will be hosting four regional Tribal leader
consultation meetings. Senior officials from the Department will be seeking
feedback from Tribal officials on reauthorization of the Elementary and Secondary
Education Act, and the development of the Department’s Consultation Policy. We
look forward to a meaningful dialogue with Tribal leaders.
