o Identified potential sponsors for the fund, developed a business case and
presented to executive boards. This raised $10,000+ in funds since inception
o Identified a secure online platform to execute the loans, developed a business
case, presented to representatives and successfully gained access to the
o Identified a pool of potential entrepreneurs seeking loans, developed a set of
criteria to evaluate the shortlisted candidates and applied the criteria to identify
the candidates that had the most creative ideas, the biggest impacts on their
communities, lowest risk rating and highest possibility of repaying. This led to
80+ loans in the first operating month
o Established 60 of the 150+ loans, liaised with the entrepreneurs to set
repayment guidelines, tracked repayments, and maintained a 98% repayment

o Developed the app using an interest based matching algorithm which allows first
year students to find a mentor that best suits their needs
o Identified and linked with multiple mentorship programs within the University of

o Managed schedules, calendars, and events based on student interests and needs

o Developed and executed data migration plans for warehouse inventory as part of
a large-scale plan. This enabled a smooth transition to the new inventory system
o Improved warehouse operations by developing a set of criteria to store products
based on certain specifications. This reduced inventory search time, achieved
faster product retrieval, and reduced obsolete inventory costs
o Managed relationships with suppliers in North America and Europe, leveraged
economies of scale in product orders and maintained optimal inventory levels
