Hummus 2 c. cooked garbanzos, drained 1/3 – ½ c. garbanzo juice or water 4-6 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 ¼ tsp. onion powder 1 1/8 tsp. salt 4 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. garlic pwd. ½ c. tahini Blend all ingredients on high 1 – 2 minutes until creamy (or use food processor). A delicious spread or dip. Yield: 2 ½ c. Note: For a dressing, double the water.
