Price

We will quote each project

Dependent on hours of labor, etc.

Estimating an average of ~$2,000 per project

Competitive price compared to competitors

Operations Plan

We want to create everything in house, separating the filming and editing

would not be cost effective
Our customers will hire us to attend the event they wish to have filmed
The designated team will attend the event and film
We then edit the film accordingly (2-4 days), this process includes

Combining all separate clips into a continuous film

Making aesthetical changes: brightness, quality, color, backgrounds, borders, etc

Next, we send the partially edited film to our customer and get their
feedback. They then send it back with their requests and we make the
changes and send them the final copy. (Additional 2-4 days)

Location, Location, Location

More opportunity for growth in California.

More events, networking opportunities.
With new FAA regulations, there is proven success
in California drone filming organizations (many of
whom do not specialize in action sports).

Team Structure
3 teams of 4 people = 12 people

For each project, we need 2-3 trained staff for on-site filming and
operations.

1 person flies drone

1 person controls camera(s)
1 person oversees the process and does duties where needed

4 editors - one per team (can collaborate with each other in office space)

Depending on the size of the tasks and events multiple teams may attend one event
Sarah Bauer is responsible for hiring and training a drone pilot and a camera operator for
each team, all board members must approve of the new hires
Each director is responsible for the editing process and can collaborate with other
teammates to edit.
As our business expands and customer needs grow the quantity or size of teams may also
increase

Hiring and Training Process

Will only accept applicants with multiple years of filming/ editing

experience
Purpose- Even though employees will have experience we send them
through a training program so all employees edit and film the same way,
using our philosophy not theirs.

Training
The training process will be comprised of 3 sessions

Our Editing Philosophy

We are looking to provide the highest quality films, in order for us to

consistently do this all employees must be trained adequately and have prior
experience in the industry

Ownership Structure

Currently all five members of our team have a twenty percent share of our
company ( see financials for exact valuation)
Additionally, the five members of our team will be a part of the Board of
Directors. As owners and founders we have the first say in all decisions
As we expand we may seek other investments and partnerships, if our
needs require it.

How Will We Raise Funding?

Initial Investment:
-Capital will come from savings, earned income, and net income from the business.
-Will be used for initial investments and working capital expenses.
-$20k from each owner so $100k
Working Cash Flow after year 1:
-Purchase Order Funding from a Commercial Credit Company (Sterling Commercial Credit)
- provides capital to pay suppliers in advance, so you dont have to deplete cash reserves.
-Asset based Lending
Reasons to choose Commercial Credit
-Down payment to vendor to produce the product
-Under-capitalized and in need of cash injection
-Take advantage of opportunities
-Need for flexible and customized financing options
-Unable to get traditional financing due to high growth,
limited sales history or restructuring situations

Cash Flow Projections & PV Calculations

EagleEyes NPV is approximately $268,000 according to net profit, not including assets. This is more than
the initial start-up costs of $100,000.

Risk and Exit Strategy

Risk:
-Higher amount of risk as the 5 owners of the company have equal stake in the company.

-Decisions made upon a majority vote ()
Growth:
-20% sales for the first 4 years (2016-2019)
-35% sales for the next 4 years (2020-2023)
Exit Strategy:
