Bluetooth ..

the concept behind name

While checking out friends mobile we often get something new or interesting
file that may be in the form of image, sound, or might be a video file. Then we
immediately wish to transfer that file into our mobile using Bluetooth. And
Bluetooth is well notorious technology to all of us as we often use it. But, has
somebody reckoned that why this technology got the name like this..?

In Denmark, in the period of antiquety there had a king named Herald -I . Having
full name as Herald ‘Bluetooth’ Gormsson. And he was very benevolent means
was a very generous. And whatever the incomes in the form of crops and moneys
he used to produce in his empire, rather than storing them in treassures he used
to distribute equally in his citizens which were poor without any expectation in
return. Hence to give praise to his generosity, This technology is being called
by his name ‘Bluetooth’. So then we use to use this technology for sharing the file
and that also in a free of cost but range is restricted only by 10 metres.

The Bluetooth technology is totally based on wireless networking. And nowadays

it is available in different versions depending on the compatibility of mobile phones
and computer systems. The device usually comes integrated with system hardware
but can be available as a portable hardware as well.
