Pizza Dough...Anthony Spinelli.

This is a simple recipe for one pound of pizza dough..

10-ounces flour.
5-1/2 ounces warm water.
1/2 ounce olive oil.
1-packet yeast.
1/4 ounce salt.
Mix all of the above...Knead and let rise until double..
Punch down and form into a large round dough...
spread tomatoe sauce on top plus mozzarella cheese and
other toppings..Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes..
