Seeing all my
layers has brought
me a wealth of tears:
The FREEDOM to
SEE WHO I AM BEING
= the POWER
to CHOOSE!!

We all wear layers... for protection...
From years and years of learning life’s
hard lessons. But it’s something that
we never really think about... until we
have to.
It took me years
and years to see
what I was doing
and who I was
being.

Standing out
like a sore thumb-or so it felt to me -I learned to seek
approval at a very
young age.

Mostly on a
survival kick: I
was all caught up
@MelissaDwnBrwn
@MelissaDwnBrwn
in trying to be what I
thought they all wanted me to be....
