Accela-Operational Support Benefits and Advantages

Question : Why to use Accela-Operational Suppport Module ?

Why to use Accela ?

To reduce time
To minimize errors
To eliminate inhouse scripts
and excel sheets/macros
To create accurate Scripts
To apply changes easily
To eliminate manual work
2G-3G-4G support

Accela Solution
Mobile network operators usually use internal macros and excel sheets to create scripts and
xml files for bulk parameter changes and rehomes. With Accela Operational Support Module,
it is very easy, fast and accurate to create OSS/M2000 scritps and run from the module itself.

Why to use Accela ?

Flexible structure to adapt new Script/XML versions

Inter-Vendor and Inter-Technology support

Middle Tier Planning Database for user coordination
and rollback operations
Consistency check while script creation
(max neig counts, same SC/PCI neighbour, etc)

Execute scripts from the module

(Simultaneous execution of all the OSS/M2000 scripts)

Why to use Accela ?

Different user groups for different access levels.

For example, BSS group may access to all the Parameter MOs and can
execute scripts while RF group can only access to PCI/SC changes, etc.

All the changes and tool access are logged. This data could be used for
detailed reports.

Integrated Telnet tool provides user friendly and advance text

capabilities. OSS/M2000 connections can be controlled from the module

How it works ?

1.
Accela uses operators
network data

2.
Provides user to
select or import node
and parameter list

5.
If it is selected,
executes the scripts

3.
Creates scripts with
consistency check

4.
Saves new values in
DB for user
coordination

Parameter Change Page

All vendor and technologies are in same page
User can select or import node and parameter list
Special functions are available for complex scripting
(SC change in one cell and update external definitions in GSM cells, etc.)
Different script outputs are available; XML, MML, AMOS, text, etc.

Execution Page

Module supports Ericsson and Huawei

Connections to M2000 and OSS are done via telnet
Detailed logs provided to the user
Paralel executions are done to keep implementation time minimum.
Up to 10 connections are supported. (10 OSS at the same time)
