The Shaman does not go into trance, but awakens from the trances

of the past and present with these unhelpful trance states of

everyday life, being referred to, in the Chd, as demons.
Demons which siphon off, and freezes in reactive patterns - in the
body-mind - ones ability to be embodied and fully alive.
On the 28th were going to be doing three cycles of guided practice,
which consist of; working with lower belly breathing, awakening the
body, vivifying the emotions, awakening the imagination, a couple
of guided meditations taken from Buddhist Tantra, and movements
that are a synergy of Chd Shamanism, Drama therapy, trauma
therapy, and, if we are feeling a little brave, some wild shamanic
dance/movement.
Personally, Im really looking forward to meeting the groups
participants; shamanism is dialogic, meaning, that its a collectivistic
experience and endeavour; therefore, Im excited to discover what I
will learn, and what we will create together.
