There are two basic thinking:

 Critical thinking is the ability to think clearly and rationally.


Creativity is a way to discover the new and useful possibilities.

Both of them are used for solving problems and


discovering new knowledge.

Argument: thinking critically to be able to identify, construct and
evaluate argument.
Problem: any task or situation that requires or involves decision
making.
Strategic reasoning: it is the use of systematic and rational
methods in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Critical thinker has to be able to do the following:

Understand the logical connections between ideas.

Identify, construct and evaluate arguments.

Detect common mistakes in reasoning.

Solve problems systematically.

Identify the importance of ideas.

Prove your beliefs by using the arguments.

There are three components for Good critical thinking :

Theory.

Practice.

Attitude.

There are four general principles for Most problem


solving strategies:

Understand the nature of the problem.


Draw up a plan to solve the problem.
Try out the plan.
Monitor the outcome of the plan.

Conclusion

Although most people would agree that critical thinking is an important


thinking skill, most people also do not know how to improve their own
thinking.
