annual rental. Multiple properties or portfolios our bespoke service arrangements are by negotiation.

Throughout the term for facilities related items and renewal negotiations (excludes Tenant

Dispute resolution and action throughout the contract on the


breach/termination/general contractual responsibilities with regard to the
propertys Tenancy contract together with Tenant liaison throughout the
term. Whatever the problem, advice is on hand together with our
experienced analysis of the situation.

Owners Association

Guidance and control to include preventative and reactive maintenance for


the property throughout the term and report/advise on all matters related to
same. Maintenance contract advice and quotation comparisons compiled.
Repairs included in the ongoing monthly reports and all repairs and
maintenance carried out in a timely manner maintaining your asset into the
future.
