Job Shadow
For my job shadow I went to a fair for hygienist careers such as dentist and many more at
New England Institute of Technology. At the fair many companies came and demonstrated what
they did at their workplace and gave us details in case we were thinking about becoming one of
the professions. We walked around and talked to many people and after we went to a classroom
to have a presentation and hands on activities. I appreciated this opportunity because I got to
learn about careers that I had no idea existed and Im currently interested in some of them.
Overall it was a good experience because the people there got to learn about what careers high
schooler are thinking about becoming in the future and we got to learn about the careers.
