Creation of a Disposal Committee to perform the following

:
a. Device a program for disposal within time schedules;
b. Inspect the unserviceable equipment to verify the status in order to justify
its disposal. A proper listing of the properties to be disposed shall be
made, and the proposed mode of disposal of the same shall be indicated
therein.
c. Set the final appraisal value of the property considering obsolescence,
market demand, physical condition, and result of previous bidding for
similar property, if any. This shall be the minimum disposal value of the
property.
d. Recommend to the Head of the Agency for approval.
e. The responsible officer shall request an inspection by the COA Resident
Auditor or COA Technical Team, as the case may be, of the properties
classified as unnecessary and for disposal.
