anime was produced in 1907 and has 50 frames drawn on a strip of celluloid, and that in the 1980s
anime became mainstream in Japan, and experienced a high viewing level in production. I also learned
about some first and second generation Japanese animators.

This is a secondary source and it helped me with my project by showing me how and why Japan first
started to create anime and manga. Production started in 1917 and is still ongoing. The main reason
anime production was started is because they used it for propaganda during the war.
