BOB watches DAVE walk past. Dave looks sad and lonely. Bob turns to
DIANE.
BOB
What about Dave? Does he know Jesus?
DIANE
No, he's lost. He needs to come to Jesus.
BOB
Well, I have a heart for the lost. I think
God wants me to talk to him.
Diane nods. Bob approaches Dave.
BOB
Hi Dave!
DAVE
Bob, what's up?
BOB
Dave, God has blessed me. I mean, really blessed me.
And He told me that I needed to talk to you.
DAVE
Oh, really?
BOB
That's right. Dave, do you know Jesus?
DAVE
Sure, cool guy, lived a couple of thousand years
ago in the Middle East.
BOB
But do you really know Jesus? Like, have you asked
him into your heart?
DAVE
Gee, I don't think so. Should I?
BOB
Yes! Why don't you kneel with me right now and say
the sinner's prayer?
Weeping, Dave falls to his knees as Bob leads him in the sinner's
prayer.
