A Course on Consciousness

LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION

This covers techniques for everything I have discussed in Parts: One to
Three. If you have not read these portions, I recommend you do as to gain
some insights as to where this kind of experience can lead.
TECHNIQUES
What You Will Need:

A Journal to keep dreams and experiences in.

Optional: A tape recorder if you are too busy to write/type them down.
Drive, Intent and Motivation.
A VERY IMPORTANT DICIPLINE
Recording your dreams will help assist you in dream recall, maintain an
interest in developing dreaming techniques as well as aid in verification of
precognitive experiences to yourself when the opportunity arises. I
encourage recording or documenting as many experiences as you can
remember from the dreamstate until you have fully satisfied your ability to
dream consciously etc. This should be done daily.
THE LUCID DREAM
Probably the easiest thing to do is have a lucid dream. Its such a simple
thing to achieve once you realize you can do it. Everyone dreams so all
you are attempting to do is become conscious for it.
There are two very simple attributes to lucid dreaming:

Maintain A Waking-State Consciousness.

Having Full Conscious Memory of the Dream upon Awakening Physically.
Thats it, the filler is what you do when you dream. All these techniques are
simple and easy. You have to simplify the techniques within your own self
to maintain some consistency. Like your handwriting, it will be come
customized to your individual needs and abilities as you understand
yourself more fully.
UNCONSCIOUS BARRIERS
What we will look at are mechanisms, which prevent consciousness in the
dreamstate so you can start to disarm these. There are patterns, which we

have had since childbirth that induce sleep. When you start to lucid dream,
and/or go out-of-body you have to learn exactly what it is your mind is
doing to you as a consciousness to induce an unconscious sleep in
these sub-conscious states. Once you map out the natural pattern of sleep
you have, you will start to have more control because you are now used to
the methods your mind naturally uses to induce unconsciousness. With
time and practice, you will learn to use them for your benefit with out
removing or changing them.
If you are the kind of person who can sleep after waking up from a regular
sleeping pattern, this will simplify this technique. This technique will work
only for people who find it easy to go back to sleep after they wake up for a
few moments. Otherwise, we have to address a few steps for troubled
sleepers. And that is up and coming.
EXAMPLE

This is an example from myself where I have mapped out parts of the
natural patterns of my sleep which induce unconsciousness. After sleeping
for 6 hours, my alarm goes off and I wake up. Its 4:00 in the morning, I am
still tired. I get up, go to the washroom to make sure there are no signals
from my body that will wake me back up, or make it uncomfortable to fall
back asleep. After about 30 minutes, I get a natural signal from my body
that I am still physically tired. The feeling is like a sudden drop in energy.
This specific feel is something I look for when I attempt any lucid dreaming
or out-of-body experiences.
Returning to bed, I lie on my back and close my eyes. Immediately I feel
my body starting to return to its previous state of sleep. I induce no
technique, no verbal commands, nothing to maintain consciousness other
than my will just to observe the sleeping cycle as to understand it better.
The visual REM screen in front of me starts to create some purple and pink
energy patterns. I try not to focus on these, they are the beginning of
hypnocogic imagery which I realized is starting to cause me to go
unconscious. I let them go and relax reminding myself that I am conscious
and my physical body is falling asleep.
The patterns start to take on a definite recognizable pattern like a mosaic
of triangles, which are yellow and black. They become strong and definite
billowing through my mind. These patterns can again induce
unconsciousness so I focus to the right of my mind, slightly out of
alignment with them.
To mimic what I see, close your eyes and press soft, yet firm on your eyes,

holding the constant pressure while the eyes start to fire off a mosaic of
illusionary light patterns which are exactly how some of the hypnogogic
clouds form for me. Dont press too hard, and dont hold it too long past the
initial clouds.
mmmnbvle hey IAN! yells a voice. A very loud audible sound wakes me
up. It is second-state consciousness bubbling up from the dreamstate. My
sanity barrier filtered it out and it forced me back into stage one.
Frustrated, I am determined not to allow these sounds to frighten me. I
know that when I start to hear sounds, they are the doors to my lucid
dreams.
Moving past the hypnogogic clouds, the sounds start again, this time I
follow them. I move mentally inside to the source of the sounds. I start to
fly fast through the hypnogogic imagery. The cloud fade out and form
three-dimensional recognizable patterns. I see a street and I project on to
the street. I stand in the dream fully conscious with no sense of my
physical body.
I used no technique other than focusing my attention. That is how easy I
find it. Especially if I break up my sleeping pattern. The most important
thing is I am following a very natural pattern of sleep. I just disarm certain
factors that induce unconsciousness.
For Myself, I have broken it down to 6 categories that I have to work
through.
HYPNOGOGIC IMAGERY:
This imagery can seem like harmless little fun patterns like video game
characters, basket ball games, clouds, friends whatever. Other than being
a good indicator that you are slipping into sleep. Dont get to involved with
the imagery because its more hypnotic than hypnogogic and can induce
unconsciousness if it overwhelms you. The best trick is to let it flow, and
at the same time, keep aware that you must pass through it in order to
lucid dream.
HYPNOGOGIC SOUND:
This is a better indicator of how close you are to the dreamstate. These
sounds can be as loud as real sounds; like if you were to have
headphones on. They can be voices, songs, banging and clanging, cars
driving, thunder clouds, rainanything you have heard while in physical
reality. This commonly induces the Fear Barrier and Sanity Barrier in
most people. Since sounds startle us, these sounds do just that. The only
negative or harmful thing that can happen is it can wake you up to stage

one, which is the first stage of sleep thus potentially ruining that nights
chance at a lucid dream. You have to be mentally prepared to deal with
them and let them continue without letting your psychological filters filter
them out.
TACTILE SENSATIONS:
This indicator usually happens when the body is asleep and you are still in
it. It can feel like you are paralyzed and high-voltage painless electricity is
jolting through your body at amazing intensities. I view sleepers paralysis
as this stage, and people who I talk to who have a lot of sleep paralysis
find it really easy to go out-of-body as a result. With no technique other
than they will themselves out when the sleep paralysis hits. If this is the
case, you are pretty much in the deeper states of sleep and ready to go
out-of-body. These also can be internal, you suddenly see a ball fly from
the hypnogogic imagery and your reflexes cause you to catch it. And you
do and it feels like a real ball. If that is the case, youre probably more in
the dreamstate and seconds away from the full dream. One that scares a
few people is an illusionary sense of not breathing. That can cause some
fear and panic, but actually its just that your so deeply asleep physically
your out-of-phase and dont notice that you are. A relaxed calm approach
with knowledge of this helps guide you through old subconscious patterns
that have gone partially unnoticed until you have consciously observed
them.
ABSTRACT THOUGHTS:
If you are getting into this stage your loosing the battle. Wake yourself up
and start again. The hypnogogic imagery has done its trick; you start to
loose logical faculties when this happens. The best example is this, your
lying in bed thinking about a friend and the hypnogogic imagery starts and
you see your friends face. You also worked a stressful day so you start to
remember stocking the shelves at work. Soon you are thinking that you are
putting cans of food on the shelves with pictures of your friend on them.
And this all seems perfectly normal. Logically its not. But your logical-self.
The part you need in order to be conscious has begun a naturally
submissive state of dormancy towards unconscious sleep.
FEAR BARRIER:
What can you say about this, youre scared shitless when something
happens you dont understand. And you stop everything. It is the one thing
that prevents most people from approaching this field of experience. Fear
can work its way into all those tactile, hypnogogic fields and if you are

generally a fearful person then time to get that courage faculty working and
weed out your fears. I will be teaching fear release techniques later on as
well.
SANITY BARRIER:
This is attributed to the fear barrier only that its autonomic. It maintains
itself like a reflex. I view it as a part of our consciousness, which governs
information about our physical reality. It keeps out anything that is not
related to physical reality so we maintain a clear concise grasp of it while
physically awake. However, since it is built in somewhat to our
consciousness, it tends to trigger when we are falling asleep. In a place
where it has no need or function. Its like a part of you saying, I cannot
accept this is happening to me, shut it off. And it shuts off instantly. Well,
letting it work in the dreamstate will only prevent you from dreaming. You
have to tell yourself that it is ok, that all these experience and sensations
are normal for the dream reality. And it usually accepts that and you move
on.
These six categories are all inter-related. The important thing to take note
of is this. When you focus your physical sense on the physical world, there
are lots of factors, which keep you in sync with that information. What you
are doing now is taking these senses and turning them inwards. It is a very
natural inversion but usually an unconscious one. The only difference is
now you are conscious for the shift so you remember the shift.
Hypnogogic Imagery is your sense of sight. The Hypnogogic Sounds is
your sense of hearing. And the tactile sensation is your sense of touch,
which encompasses the whole body. Nothing really fancy just an inversion
of the senses which aid in the manufacturing of your physical reality.
My techniques all revolve around the already natural process of sleep that
we have. The only difference is the addition of your consciousness. How
simpler can this be?
Some miscellaneous factors that might cause inability to function in these
states. Youre trying too hard. An over focused mind will just keep you
awake, ease of the steering wheel and go into cruise control.
Frustration:
You have wanted to experience this so bad for so long overtime you try
you get fed up and angry, that isnt gonna work either. Lack of sleep,
stress, anxiety, depression, drugs and/or alcohol will all work against your

benefit here.
Things that will help. A controlled stress free sleeping environment. Earplugs if there are too many distracting noises. Blankets over the windows if
the light is too distracting. Unplug the phone and/or turn down the volume
of the answering machine. A do not disturb sign on the door. Tell people
around you not to wake you up. Remove any factors that get in the way.
Simplify it all because it helps.
LUCID DREAMING TECHNIQUES
THE LAZY PERSONS TECHNIQUE
By far the easiest of techniques as it tricks the body into a much faster
sleep than usual. The mind is more awake and active making the mindawake, body- asleep state easier to attain. This technique requires a
break in sleep. After about 4-6 hours of restful sleep, have an alarm wake
you up unless you can wake yourself up. Get out of bed and stand up. Just
staying in bed will cause you to fall right back to sleep so get out. Go to the
washroom if need be. Do not drink more than a cup of fluids if you are
thirsty. Take some deep breaths to wake up mentally, and just wait up to 30
minutes or less until you feel physically tired enough to go to bed. It can be
as short as 5 minutes. Once back in bed, start applying the following
techniques.
BEFORE YOU LIE IN BED:
Stand at the edge of your bed moments before you begin. With a very
clear mind, take a mental image of your waking consciousness. Get a
good strong feel for how you feel when you are conscious. Look at your
hands; tell yourself what time it is, what date it is. Answer a few math
questions. Quickly remember some parts of your life. Get the logical mind
fired up. Tell yourself that you cannot be conscious if this logical part of you
cannot function or falls dormant. That the logical mind is part of your
consciousness and is in charge of memory, recall and analytical abilities
you need to survive in daily physical life. Retain a strong mental image of
you. Mentally impress with this INTENT that you will be exactly as you are
now but in a dreaming environment. That you will be fully conscious, and
clear with all your mental faculties which you have right now. That you will
be able to recall memory, know where you are, know that you are. And
have full access to all your mental conscious abilities as you do right now.
This impressed state is so important. We repeat it once we lie in bed
because being conscious is the key. It requires preparation to be so.

STAGE ONE:
This stage occurs as soon as you close your eyes. You immediately start
to change your thought patterns and start to go out-of-phase. This initial
stage is where you start to program your intent: your will and desire.
The Intent is programmable. It changes anytime you want to do something.
Expect to change it as we progress but for now this is an example.
INTENT:
Be very intent on having a lucid dream. Remind yourself that now you are
sleeping for the soul purpose of having a fully conscious dream. That you
will be as conscious as you are now, but your body will be fully physically
asleep. Remind yourself that you are just letting your body sleep.
Be fully aware of any changes as they occur in the first few journeys into
this state and when you wake up, write down the most important details.
What occurred in the first five minutes of sleep? What did you experience?
Did you remain conscious? What caused unconsciousness?
The first few trips into this state should be for you to learn and understand
how your natural sleeping patterns work. They are a good opportunity for
you to learn and study first hand the changes in consciousness that your
mind and body progress towards a natural sleep.
As you start to relax, just start to fall asleep normally, let the body go and
focus your attention a little so you are not over-powering your mind
keeping yourself awake. Tell yourself exactly what you are doing. You are
letting your body fall asleep, and you are remaining fully awake while
entering a dream. And now prepare yourself mentally for all the
hypnogogic experiences that may start to bubble forward.
As soon as you start to get any visual phenomena, this is a good sign.
Make a note that its ok, and let it come forward. Dont ever push it back.
That pushes you right back into stage one. Relax, let it flow like water
through you. As the imagery starts to strengthen, you may start to
experience sounds. The sounds can help guide you into a dream if they
are faint. Just softly, slowly move towards them, or let them flow. If they get
really loud then great, if you can handle the stereo sound quality that it
creates, know that in seconds you will be entering a lucid dream.
STAGE TWO:

Entering hypnogogic terrain. This is where you can do two things, control
the imagery or let if just go its natural course. For the first while, I want you
to get used to having this kind of experience so just let it flow. This is where
you really have to let go of being physical, let the body fall away. Just make
soft little remarks like, I am falling asleep. I am remaining fully conscious, I
will be fully conscious in the dream, I will remember with full conscious
clarity, I will be as conscious as I am now A few little mental affirmations
help to keep you company along the way. If you ever start to get scared
from the imagery/sounds/sensations just relax, know that nothing can hurt
you and reflect to the realization that you have fallen asleep hundreds of
times this time your just staying conscious for the ride.
To help induce a dream, this is specifically for a dream and not an OOBE.
Doing this will not give you an in-range OOBE where you are right outside
your body since it moves you directly to the dreamstate. You can control
the hypnogogic imagery here.
Anyway you like to do it; here are some examples that work for me.
When the imagery starts, instead of getting lost in it, I start to create in it. I
would start by mentally throwing rocks at a door. I keep throwing rocks as
a focus imagining fully that I am standing at a door and tossing rocks at it.
Over time, I would hear the rocks audibly hit the door. As soon as the
sounds start, I know I am seconds away from dreaming and I start to open
the door, and I feel for the handle. If it all feels real, then I open it and walk
through. Right into a dreamworld.
I am sitting imagining I am in a car. I turn on the radio and start to listen to
music. I play a song I enjoy. At first it is all faint in my head, and just
memory being recalled. Soon, the music gets a little louder, and I
encourage it by turning up the volume knob on the car. Once the music
gets fully audible, I turn the key, start the car and drive right into a dream.
There is a ladder, and I am climbing it as I fall asleep. At first, its just me
imagining a ladder; soon I start to imagine the feeling of each step on the
ladder. I feel my hands grab the ladder and I start to walk. Before too long,
I am walking on a ladder and I feel each step of it fully, clearly. I keep
walking upwards and soon I am standing on a perfect ladder in a dream.
These fun little controlled states are important and I encourage them as
you progress into these states comfortably. They will clearly guide you into
a dream anytime you desire it. The reason why it is important is because
you have taken random patterns of thought and turned them into very
clear, controlled environments of your design. It also teaches you good

dream control techniques for later on when you are in a dream.

STAGE THREE:
The dream. Ok, so you made it this far. You are no longer in a physical
body, and there is nothing but a fully tactile dream in front of you. What are
you going to do now? Absolutely nothing for the first few tries. Right now,
you are going to map out your consciousness and get a feel for how
conscious you are. See if you can remember what your intent was and see
if you can fulfill that intent. The initial intent should be to gauge how
conscious you are, remember the math questions? What were they? What
did you remember about your life? What time is it? What is the Date?Look
around the dreamstate and make mental notes. Do not get involved with
anything in the dream. If some guy named Joe comes walking over and
start to bug you. Throw up a big shield, your busy getting consciously
balanced in a dream.
I am stressing the importance of the logical faculties in the dreamstate.
This is so important because it will help you map out every aspect of
yourself clearly. While you are in a full dream, make sure it is a dreamworld
and not STAGE TWO hypnogogic imagery. This should be a full tactile
environment whereby you can walk, run, fly freely and touch, taste, smell,
see and hear clearly. There should be no question that you are in a dream
reality.
The first few runs should be for purely the logical part of you. It should be
so clear to that part that it knows it has to function as it does in physical so
that you can be here. You will thank me for insisting that you have logical
abilities because not only do they create your consciousness, they also
create the most splendid dreams youd ever imagine. Remember all those
important details in life such as the taste of chocolate, the feel of silk, the
curves of a circle, the shape of a letter? How about all that clear space
before you, the roads, the trees the sky? This logical part of you maps all
that out and separates it into the categories where they belong. And in a
dream, it can pick at details and help you refine the quality of the dream
because it knows logically how things should act/think or feel. And how
about answering questions? Well, ask yourself in the dream how conscious
you are? Try and remember your name? Run a series of questions and
answer them all comfortably. These will all indicate how clear you are, how
conscious you are. Once satisfied, cut loose and control that dream.
Change the sky to what ever you desire, fly for a while, play freely in the
dream, and gauge how conscious you are. Should at any point you start to

feel out-of-balance grab a hold of something in the dream and remind

yourself you are dreaming, you create the dream, you are conscious. If you
are loosing consciousness, hang in there as long as you can. Your body
may be waking up and soon you will be awake. It should take a little while
to get used to this dream reality.
**** IMPORTANT NOTE *****When you are in a dream, interact with
people as if they were people. If you are approached by some person who
seems *intelligent, asks you questions, talk to them and get to know them.
Dont treat dreams as purely subjective material because *there is more
going on when you are lucid. But for now, get used to interacting with
people making notes particularly of their *behavior towards you and how
they react to questions. This will all help with shared dreaming.
***************************
Once you can comfortably lucid dream, you have all the keys to all the
doors of which I speak. Your limits are you and your beliefs. Skills you can
use to build that up are abound in your waking physical world. Try fun
experiments as you fall asleep such as eating an apple or some fruit you
enjoy. As you fall asleep, try to see how real you can get this in your mind.
If you can mimic the actual physical event with clarity, that shows what kind
of control you are creating for yourself. I fall asleep constantly to internal
music. I start to play a song I enjoy until my thoughts become the vocals,
the guitar rifts, the drums, the keyboard all effortlessly flowing from me into
an abyss. Since I have this freedom, it is so easy for me to lucid dream; its
second nature now.
SHARED DREAMING
If you havent progressed in the lucid dream realities at all, dont even
begin to try to consciously share dreams because you need to be lucid
first. Sharing dreams is totally easy and fun with other people who are also
lucid at the same time. You may never have known we share dreams but
this helps you by talking about its reality. However, its a naturally occurring
phenomena and easy to attain once lucid in a dream.
In stage one we focus on INTENT. The intent sets us up for recall once we
are in a dream. You have to program this intent to share dreams with who
you desire too, and then when you are in the dream, you have to recall that
intent and attempt to fulfill it.
STAGE ONE:
Be intent on having a fully lucid dream using the same intent to achieve the

lucid dream. Include, I am allowing myself to participate in a shared dream

with friend/familly. I am allowing myself to naturally tune into where they
are in the Dreamstate and I will be there with them fully conscious and
clear as I am now.
This is where some tricks are handy.
STAGE TWO:
Instead of trying to find the person, just go to the person as you fall asleep
in stage two. Imagine them and let the hypnogogic imagery fill out the rest
of the details.
If you enter the dream and they are not there; you can try a few
techniques.
STAGE THREE:
Once fully in the dream, run through your consciousness stages to ensure
you are fully conscious. Recall your intent and then either just phase to
that person. Or if you find phasing hard, imagine a door, talk out loud in
that dream your desire to be with this person and open the door to them.
Hopefully you were successful and the door opens to where they are. Your
subconscious self located them and directed you to them. You can even
just yell and scream for them until they come. But I like a little
professionalism so going towards them by intuitively guiding yourself there
is the most optimal choice and takes practice. I am still practicing this since
it is a delicate skill.
Once you find them, then comes the even harder part. Are they conscious?
Ask them a few questions? Do they answer clearly? Do they act in bizarre
ways to the question? If you are with another dreamer it is important to
note a few behavior patterns of an unconscious dreamer. They do not have
logical faculties intact so questions cannot be easily answered for them, a
lot of the time this causes fear, confusion, repetitive answers, rambling,
anger. Just be patient. Your friend if this is them probably is there with you,
the chances of them remembering is next to null. But that potential is at a
high if they are acting in what I call sleepers grog.
If they respond positively, then there is even better chance that they have
some logical attributes functioning and can remember. So this is great,
take time to ask a few questions like their name (even if you know them)
ask where they are? (This can really screw them up if they dont know they
are dreaming, or they just might give some reasonable answer), ask them

if they know they are dreaming? (Again this question drops a bomb so it
can trigger sleepers grog, if they answer yes continue)If they say they are
dreaming, ask them if they are fully conscious. Again if they say yes and if
they ask you questions there is a very high probability that you are sharing
a dream and both of you are lucid and will remember.
Take careful mental notes of the dream environment; point out details to
your friend. If you are good at creating in the dream, create an object for
them to hold. Tell them to remember it. Give them key phrases to
remember such as key words, numbers, ect. If you are both taking this
course then you should both know that it is important to keep a close log of
these experiences for verification. If you are in a group of two or more
dreamers, even better. It opens such doors for research and progression in
these states.
When you wake up, write it all down, make note of every detail you can
remember. Especially the key words, objects, phrases, setting and events
of the dream. When you meet your friend preferable soon and that day,
(The sooner the betteri.e. phone them minutes after waking like I do) Ask
them if they dreamt. Ask them what they remember first. If it has nothing to
do with your dream dont worry. Ask them if they remember having a dream
with you in it? That sometimes sparks a memory. If they say yes but cant
remember. Ask them if they remember an object you gave them? If so,
what was it? Tell them what it was if they fail to provide an answer, it still
might trigger memory. The important thing is to let them tell you what you
dreamt. Then you can tell them what they dreamt. It is to help verify for you
the reality of shared dreams. Be tactful and clinical when asking questions
as not to give them the answers to key points of that dream rather, guide
them to it if they are mainly unconscious of the dreams. If they are drawing
blanks, then at least tell them the dream, even if they have no conscious
memory of it, and you still shared it, its better to tell them, later on they
may remember which will only help them in the future for more shared
dreams. The best ones are when you both are lucid, and both have clear
memory and verify it with the written testimonies.
PERSONIFICATION OF THE DREAMSTATE
Why do we not usually share dreams? It is too simple really. It all comes
down to the 20th century logical mind. We think we cannot share dreams,
we think dreams are subjective, we believe dreams are purely of our own
will and design. When I have shared dreams, I noticed that sometimes we
would have 100% accuracy, but in areas where the person I was sharing
the dream with lost control, they entered sleepers grog and they end up

having a different dream from the one I was observing.

Personification is like a huge mental filter; it acts like a hallucination in the
dreamstate. The person is so absolved in their emotional, mental states
they literally project their fantasy over top of you. Everything you say, do,
think towards them gets distorted through this defensive filter they put up.
It is usually triggered by fear. It is quite common. To disarm it, you have to
literally calm the person down, get their attention and talk them through the
distortions. Always lock on to the target dreamer by holding their arms
when like this. It helps to keep them with you, and they tend to respond to
that a little better. And I mean, hold their arms in a nice, friendly manner.
Any acts of hostility will only cause more of this filter to come forward.
What I do is hold their hand because it helps keep me in the dreamstate as
an anchor, and it anchors them to me. Then I just ask simple questions, tell
them they are dreaming, and tell them I am a friend. Treat them as I would
here in physical. With as much kindness, respect and friendship that I
could. If they are your friend then you kind of know their interests, create
some of them there for them. Personification goes hand in hand with
sleepers grog. And again sleepers grog is a slang term my friend and I
came up with because we share so many dreams we know the state all too
well. Sleepers grog is just the logical part of us in a dormant state during a
sleeping cycle.
Once you have shared enough dreams to verify it to yourself and friends, it
is time to move on if you havent already. And I dont expect you in the first
month to start having lucid dreams, but as soon as you do you can have
shared dreams and the other effects so I am not too worried. Some of you
will have lucid dreams almost immediately depending on how motivated,
inspired and excited you are about it. If you are uninterested, unmotivated,
skeptical then youre probably wasting your time until you come around to
the possibilities that you have around you. Doesnt mean you wont have
these experiences, you just may not want to.
If you have established the reality that you can lucid dream. And you have
established the reality that you can share dreams with enough personal
experience, personal evidence then you are ready to start progressing into
more areas.
LUCID PRECOGNITIVE DREAMS
This area is very new to me; I urge some caution when entering this state.
It will change you forever and it is more likely that you will be out-of-body to
get here but quickly you will realize if you have shared dreams that by now

you are already out-there somewhere. This is a spectrum where your

dreams come true in the literal sense. So going here consciously, and
mapping this out consciously is only one step into the greater aspects of
who you are. A journey here, even once is enough to change your life
forever. I am cautioning you on it, it may just scare the hell out of you as it
did me. But I love it and its so damn fun now that I cant stop being there
Again, we have to look at the INTENT in STAGE ONE. Your INTENT
should be this: - I am allowing myself to fully consciously have a LUCID
PRECOGNITIVE DREAM. I am allowing myself to enter that field of
consciousness where PRECOGNITIVE DREAMS come from. I will be fully
conscious and know clearly that this is my intent and desire.
Use STAGE TWO to get you through all the hypnogogic imagery and into
STAGE THREE.
In STAGE THREE after testing out your level of consciousness, I want you
to focus only on that intent. Make it clear. And shut your eyes, shut down
all signals from the dreamstate and let go, move into that field by intuitively
driving yourself with the desire to be there. Just let go and move towards
that source. Let everything pass you by, let time go, let space go, let it all
go. It is a big melt down for a second. When you arrive, just allow yourself
to experience it for a while with no alterations. Then as you progress, make
very subtle changes and progress slowly. The only truth of you being
there is when it occurs here physically some time later. So have your
notes ready and go back to them and mark down when you were there in
that precognitive field. Map it out and master it. A few journeys there
successfully should be enough to start you on that growth towards sharing
in the Creative Process I have talked about.
You can share LUCID PRECOGNITIVE DREAMS so keep an eye out for
that possibility as well. I am still researching this field so all I can do is tell
you it is there and that you have to focus on it while Lucid. The rest is you
taking yourself there. But understand we all go there unconsciously like we
do our other dreams. This time your conscious, that is all. Good luck.
OUT-OF-BODY FROM A LUCID DREAM
Well, if you havent already realized that Lucid Dreams are second body
out-of-bodies then I have tipped you off that you are out-of-body when
lucid. The only thing here is you are in the dreaming spheres and not near
the physical reality where your body is. You can shift downwards to your
body, but I dont recommend it, you are on a little bit of a higher level at this
moment and I always say move upwards not backwards.

All you have to do is realize that not only are you dreaming in STAGE
THREE, youre out-of-body as well when you are lucid. That should just
help you tune into that reality enough.
OUT-OF-BODY EXPERIENCE
To achieve the out-of-body, you should at least have mastered lucid
dreaming somewhat. The OOBE triggers clearly when your body starts to
have vibrations, or some tactile signal. You will not shift into a dream,
however you will feel like you are in bed and when you move, it feels real
except that you are not physical.
Follow the same technique for lucid dreams, but dont use the hypnogogic
imagery to guide you into a controlled dream, rather, just let it all wash
through you and relax.
STAGE ONE:
The intent is instead of a LUCID DREAM, replace it with OUT-OF-BODY. It
should go something like this:
INTENT:
I am allowing myself to have a fully conscious Out-Of-Body Experience, I
will be fully conscious as I am now. I will remember clearly and in full
conscious detail my experience while in the experience and when I awake
physically.
STAGE TWO:
Let the hypnogogic imagery pass through you. Let the body fall naturally
asleep, maintain focus and remind yourself you are going out-of-body. Let
go and let the body fall to sleep.
Once the body drops into sleep and you feel the vibrations you are pretty
much there. Any physical tactile sensation indicates the body is sleeping.
Just relax and gently Move to the left or right. Roll softly and slowly.
STAGE THREE:
When you are out, stand up and investigate by looking at your body. Study
your surroundings. Run the test for consciousness. And run your intent.
CONTROLLING PHYSICAL MATTER

This is done both while you are there in the precognitive field and here in
the physical manifestation of that field. This is where all layers become
one. If you are interested in mind-over-matter then you have to accept you
can by sheer use of applied thought change/form/control it. No skepticism
need apply. You have to just Do it. There is not try. There is no fail. You
will either do it or you wont.My web page on
http://www.personal.img.net/iwilson has an evidence page where I am
showing a small potential of mind-over-matter. I am not doing it because I
believe I can, I am doing it from controlling the precognitive band before I
come here to experience the end result. Check the evidence page for its
progressive photos and testimonies of this. I am doing this so you can
draw the connection. Make that connection because I cannot be you and
do it for you. You have to take that step.
NATURAL BIOLOGICAL ENERGY FIELDS
The body has a natural field of electromagnetic energy we call the biomagnetic field. New Agers call it the Aura. It is a naturally occurring coil of
electromagnetic fields that surround the body. Our body is electrical, and
all the molecular vibrations, chemical reactions, and changes the body has
radiates outwards in this biomagnetic field. We can sense this field of
energy. It is visual once you train your eyes to see it. The easiest way to
see it and feel it is this:Get a black background. Dim the lights so that there
is minimal illumination. Take both your hands and hold two fingers out, the
rest closed in a fist. Have the fingers exactly one and inches apart. Do
not look at the fingers, but focus at the middle of the fingers. Have your
hands about one and feet away from your face and at the black
background. Move the fingers slowly up and down, away from each other,
closer to each other. The field is magnetic so the rays and lines move
accordingly to that motion. If you stick out two fingers on one hand, and
one finger on the other 1 & inch apart then it forms a triangle of rays.
Get used to seeing this. Do it with a group of people so that you all can see
it.With one hand, look at all four finger tips and move them 6 from your
face up and down looking three inches from the tip (left or right) not
backwards or forwards so that you are on the same horizon plane as the
rays. Move the hand by tilting the wrist up and down and watch the rays.
Now take your hands and move them slowly together and apart. Feel the
changes in the magnetic fields as they move. The sensations I am
explaining feel magnetic its the only label that I can ascribe to them. Take
one hand, form a claw shape and drag the claws up one arm slowly
about 1-2 away. Be aware of the sensations. Now take one hand, make a
fist and send a flowing energy into that hand. Form a ball of this energy.
Amplify it. Focus on that precognitive field and draw it from there. Draw if

from that source. And make it heavy, thick, full of density. Place in a
friends hand. Let them tell you what they feel.Take your hand; place it on a
slant facing downward at a 45-degree angle in the shape of a knife hand.
Have your friend place his/her palm upward underneath your hand. Focus
on that precognitive field. Draw that energy from that source. Let it flow,
make it cold like ice, make it feel like the coldest of waters. Make it
numbing, make it icy, make it freezing. Send that into your friends hand.
Amplify it by drawing it in from that precognitive field. Do this for no longer
than two minutes and let your friend describe the effects.Try hot, warm,
electrical, change it all around from that precognitive field. Try and form
shapes in their hands by visualizing the desired shape and let those rays
you are emitting etch them in.That is all I am doing. Hopefully you will have
some success as you progress in this area.
THOUGHT MANIFESTATION
This is all done while you are awake, and relaxed. Go outside, and enjoy
the day. Get in a really happy, free, spirited mood. Let go of all stress,
anxiety and doubts. Walk for a bit, make sure you are clear on what you
want. This is very simple, but complex in the same. It is easy for a clear
mind that opens that channel from here to that precognitive source. It can
be achieved by a simple focused awareness. The only thing is it takes time
for it to manifest so the amount of time it takes is how much timelessness
you applied to the thought.Start on simple things; begin to master the
coincidences in your life. Dont rush any of this. Its not a McDonalds selfserve, youll find that rushing it can be too overpowering. Pace yourself
out.Take a desired experience, and state it as such. I want to experience
this: - Simple desire.Same energy we are charging with people this time,
make it vibrant, pure, clear, and outside of time and space. Surround that
thought with that energy and have the intent of the thought to manifest
here in this physical layer, in this now. And let it go.Letting go is so
important that is why we use very simple things at first. Things you dont
usually think much about because they slip past the filters that block this
from occurring. Our psychological self-defeating filters I like to call them.
The formula is simple
[Thought + Emotion(energy)] / Letting Go = Desired Experience.
Start with very simple things that would seem coincidental at first.

Keep getting used to thoughts creating reality as a form of communication.
Do it while in physical and while in the non-physical. It is all a progressive
journey and it takes time. All we have is time. So enjoy it. You will be
forever; I just want you to come to that realization on your own accord.
Good Luck, I will be refining and adding too these techniques as this is a
progressive course which means as we have even more clearer, focused
ways of achieving desired experiences, we work together to achieve them.
A Course on Consciousness Part Five Is up and Coming. It entails:- Higher
Consciousness, Love, Drugs, Dealing with Fear, Depression, Anger,
Addiction, Clearing and an assortment of misclanious items. These can all
be done through dreaming and OOBEs.

Consciousness1. The state or condition of being conscious.2. A sense of

one's personal or collective identity, especially the complex of attitudes,
beliefs, and sensitivities held by or considered characteristic of an
individual or a group.3a. Special awareness or sensitivity.3b. Alertness to
or concern for a particular issue or situation.4. In psychoanalysis, the
conscious.
Consciousness is who we are. With the systematic beliefs we attain in our
human experience, the fundamental to all of this is our consciousness and
the perceptions we have while consciously aware. Within this course, we
are going to discuss a series of conscious experiences and techniques in
which to attain a level of waking consciousness that we attribute to our
sense of whom we are as consciousness. And then apply this normal
waking consciousness in states where most of our consciousness resides
in unconscious states. This will be about thought, and I will simply be here
to share and express ideas relating to thought. The benefits? It all comes
down to refining your ability to communicate... nothing more. In the
pretense of this statement it may seem odd that I would say
communication but understand this will be heavily covered in this course.
Communication is the key for sharing our thoughts and ideas with other
consciousness. Currently the most dominant intelligence system we
communicate with is other humans. Others we usually do not associate as
having intelligence, are things such as, the family pet or even plants. And
communication with these apparently lesser beings tend to be look upon
as silly or nonsensical, however communication with them occurs none-

the-less. We can start this course focusing on what matters most: our
ability to perceive, analyze, understand and compute information in what
ever form it comes in, while we are consciously aware of that information.
It would be my honor to introduce you too, or re-introduce you to yourself
as a consciousness system. And to further my view of you, you are a
system of consciousness that is also a reality. You are definitely more than
just a human. Human has to do with the physical representation of you.
That part of you which governs this physical reality you exist in. I assure
you if you havent realized it all ready, that human part of you is exactly
that, a part of a much larger personality, a super-consciousness. In this
approach to consciousness, I would like to start by focussing on some
major aspects of our existence that needs attention, the Conscious
Universe, and our ability to communicate within it. You will find that you are
in a constant dialog with much hidden unknowns, which I will attempt to
help you realize if you havent already.
THE CONSCIOUS UNIVERSE
Take a look around you. Look at the room you are in, the computer where
you sit while you read this. Breath the air and feel all the particles fill your
lungs. You are breathing; air rushes into your lungs to fill your body with a
constant supply of life-giving gaseous nourishment. Become aware of
emotions you feel now. If you have some food, take a bite and savor the
sensations that your mouth tastes. Its all very physical is it not? The touch
of your fingers to the mouse or keyboard, the itch you might have on the
exterior of your skin. Look around and feel and know how much
information is in your current location. Think about how many billion rays of
light it takes to travel to your eye just to make one key on your keyboard.
Think about all the millions of cells it takes to tell your finger what that key
feels like. Countless and countless numbers of data is being filtered in by
your five physical senses. And all of it, being effortlessly processed, and
pieced together instantly by your mind. Just think for that one millisecond
of data you just perceived that it all came from nothing more than large
gestalts of physical matter. And in this glob, you somehow managed to
mentally draw forth a sense of what you deem physical matter reality. To
mathematically calculate all those minute signals that your mind is being
inputted with by your physical senses, then on top of that to calculate all
your emotions, thoughts and feelings about that data. I speculate, and this
goes in to a big estimate, it would take a computer approximately 12 days
just to achieve in a millisecond what most take for granted in what their
mind can perceive in one instant. That the computer must calculate the
data, re-create in binary form all the tiny sensory pieces of information and
identifies with every object, every sensation in a clear, balanced manner.

And 12 days I feel is a nice estimate. A computer could never achieve what
the human mind has naturally occurring with todays current technology.
My goal is to continue to impress upon you the power of your mind.
Without question, your mind knows how to process all this data that your
senses tell you and how it effortlessly generates a holographic replication
based on your perception. Your mind then computes the data received and
projects around you, a mirror image of the physical universe you exist in.
Your very reality that you function in is totally dependent on your ability to
perceive it, and re-create it within your own consciousness. A very simple
input from your senses, and output from your mind. Keep this creative
process as simple as that. We cant even begin to imagine the fact that on
top of interpreting this information, you have the ability to generate an
emotional response to that data. The emotional response can be an array
of sensations such as understanding, confusion, fear, happiness and this
list goes on. Not to mention, while reading this, your mind can be thinking
in several directions at once, analyzing, hypothesizing, agreeing with, and
arguing about many aspects of this document. And still you stand perfectly
balanced in this maze of information knowing that something is occurring
outside your physical self. Lets take a good look at this thing we call
physical matter. Current scientific knowns and theory tells us that all the
physical matter we exist in is nothing more than countless numbers of
minute particles adhering together by some simple laws of attraction.
Gravity, magnetism, energy all bonds together when a particle seeks union
with another particle. If we take the molecules that form matter and break
them in half, we release nuclear energy. Stored energy that has somehow
changed in frequency, density to form the matter it exists in. That energy =
mass times the speed of light squared. Ill pick on Einstein for his theory of
relativity in relation to the physical universe.Matter equates that it has
somehow become matter because energy has transformed in such a way
that it has become dense and this density create a pattern by which that
particle of matter acts. Its probably a little more than just density since the
particle is vibrating generating a resonate wave of frequency. We have two
major elements working within the particle, its resonating a wave (much
like a molecular sound), and its radiating energy that is released when the
particle is in decay. I will treat the radiation as a form of light energy on the
large bandwidth of energy that particles of light exist on.If we release this
particle from its field of density and return it to a singularity. The particle
becomes pure energy. And if all particles return to a singularity, they
balance out into the same energy. All a particle is, is energy functioning in
a pattern of frequencies and densities where by those vibrational levels
dictates how that particle should act according to physics and science.
None-the-less, it is still just energy in a multitude of possible arrays that
make up the building blocks of physical matter. It is my hypothesis is that

all physical matter came from a standing field of energy where if they were
to return to that vibrational state, they all meld into one solid frequency
wave of pure energy. For a more metaphorical view of this analogy of
energy, take a drop of water returning to the ocean. The volume of water
that the small droplet adds simply absorbs the likewise energy into a
massive ocean of energy. If all a particle is, is energy that has somehow
dropped from this standing wave, its descent into the heavier areas of
density, gravity and mass simply implies that the energy that the particle
has come from is what ultimately the particle will return to. So no matter
what state of mass and density the energy has entered, it will inevitably
decay giving off its stored energy until it has moved back to a universal
singularity. This does not mean that the particle ceased to exist, it merely
means it returned to its original state as singular energy. Energy simply
moves from one state to another in an unending infinite system of balance
and form. I like to call this movement, Transformational Patterns of
Energy. If we have energy transforming into one pattern to the next, we
begin to see immediately an intelligence system. I say this because as
soon as a pattern develops in the apparently chaotic mixture of universal
forces, the pattern is universal therefor repetitious. Take hydrogen for
example. Hydrogen is a particle of energy that when it reaches a certain
mass, vibration and densitythat energy becomes hydrogen. Hydrogen is
abundant and found throughout the universe. It is a beautiful particle that
can only exist when energy has entered the conditions where by Hydrogen
exists. It is a pattern of energy that the energy becomes, and it will
ultimately be the pattern that the energy will leave. Energy moves on from
particle to particle, ion to ion, anti-matter to matter. Accelerate the time it
takes to create the particle and watch it decay you will see that the
essence of that particle is unending and eternal, forever moving seeking
the next pattern by which it moves. We are all part of this same energy.
However when energy collects and enters into the laws of cause and
effect. We see how it begins to take on some new amazing quality. In
much larger, more complex patterns of energy, consciousness emerges.
Taking the entire human body as nothing more than a complex pattern of
energy, the result is a pattern of energy that is self-aware. This selfawareness is the moment where we begin. It is us, it is you who reads this,
and I who wrote it. We are nothing more than the sum of billions and
billions of particles all governed by laws of attraction and repulsion cause
and effect, working together to create us. Here is the gem; is energy at the
molecular level some how aware that is exists? Does a particle like
Hydrogen, which is a complex pattern of energy at a molecular level, know
that it exists? At the heart of the molecule lies its nucleus. And in a cell, the
nucleus represents some sort of biological computer. You can even call the
nucleus of a cell a cellular brain. My question then is, does it have a sense

of its self? Does a molecule abide by the same pattern that a more
complex pattern of energy does and begins to have self-awareness at a
molecular level? Does it communicate? Is there a molecular language? We
know that cells communicate and share information. Our working brain is a
perfect example of cells doing the thinking for us in-groups. Somewhere in
these fields of energy lies consciousness. Is it the result of energy
gathering mass, contributing to a group consciousness, which becomes
the over-all consciousness for the sum of all those parts? Does every
stage of matter create a new state of consciousness for that energy? Does
a cat have a cat consciousness? Humans have a human consciousness?
Consciousness being ones awareness of ones self.If you say no, then
think about this argument. You very sense of yourself is nothing more than
the sum total of all your millions of parts. You are nothing more than billions
of cells that creates a group consciousness. That group consciousness
creates you. You are wholly dependent on these particles of energy to
work in a pattern that creates the human form, which gives you a human
consciousness. And there must be a mathematical equation to calculate
how much of a consciousness you are based on your molecular mass if all
we are is the sum of all these microscopic parts.Consciousness works on
two parts, individualistic and group. An individual cell should therefor have
an individual consciousness. And should this cell split to form a complex
organism, then the two cell organism should have a two cell group
consciousness. Two individual cells grouping together, sharing their totality
to create a two celled organism. The more cells added to the organism, the
more the organism will attain a larger group consciousness. And because
all of this is just energy, functioning, as a collective pattern we call a cell,
then the energy itself must have individual characteristics that give the
formation of consciousness to the organism that it becomes. No matter how
we start to equate anything when we view consciousness, we have to start
to see that consciousness is the result of energy functioning at very
specific patterns of mass. That energy somehow has consciousness,
which is visible, when it forms a human mind. The problem with that
Human mind is it tends to be self-engrossed in its own ability to think,
perceive and view the exterior universe it exists in, that on the most part,
all other possibilities of anything else but human having consciousness
seems nonsensical. But all living organisms have a consciousness. It may
not be a human consciousness, but the energy pattern that is a cat, is still
a cat. Human consciousness gives birth to human thought and human
ideas. But the human form is still a comparatively small amount of energy
compared to that of the entire universe.Lets hypothesis this then; if energy
has consciousness irrelevant of whatever pattern it is in, then the energy
has some sense of itself as energy. And if energy enters a state whereby it
becomes a complex particle, then that particle has a consciousness of

itself being that particle. And if consciousness is grouped by mass, then

the more mass you have, the more of a group consciousness is formed by
the larger amounts of energy forming that larger mass. To cut the equation
short, energy is self-aware.Molecular consciousness, cellular
consciousness, plant, animal, human consciousness, social
consciousness, global consciousness, the list goes on until we reach a
universal consciousness. The universal consciousness being the sum of all
its parts. Consciousness is the result of complex patterns of energy, or
energy as consciousness. Now that I bored you with physical matter reality
and how all matter in whatever form is energy and energy somehow
creates or has consciousness. We can now start to look at a major
fundamental characteristic that we all share. We exist as a consciousness.
That comes from our body being human, and that human form is nothing
more than an organized intelligence system created on part somehow by
energy functioning in a multitude of ways. Lets get back to our ability to
perceive reality.Imagine your senses interacting with an object. Your eyes
receive information from a group of particles in the form of radiating light
energy that is bouncing back from the particles collective mass. Your ears
receive sound in the form of sound energy assuming a sound is made from
the object. Your sense of smell and taste responding to a chemical reaction
with the particles given off from the object. And your sense of touch
translating the contact with the object revealing its texture. When all is said
and done, the five physical senses have all but interpreted a glob of dense
energy in five specific areas. All five senses act as nothing more than
energy filters. Your senses filter in what essential energy the object gives
off so that you have some sense of this object as a human consciousness.
Was that just a form of molecular communication? Did that object literally
speak to you in taste, touch, color, scent and sound that it was indeed the
object you perceive? Is the sum of all those parts required to make the
apple you might eat in a day, radiating to you as energy its existence as an
apple? Did you just take in a part of that apple's consciousness at a
molecular level when you ate it? And now it became a part of you to share
in your collective consciousness? There is a relationship here. A
relationship between two organizations of patterned energy. One human,
the other apple. Both are having an effect on each others reality. You get
to eat something tasty, and the apple gets to become a part of your mass.
To a human observer, did you express to them in a non-verbal way that
you ate an apple? If they saw you, they would not even question this
unnoticed language of form, but they would understand fully what you ate.
Being human and assuming you both speak the same language you could
tell them, Hey I just ate this apple! By observation, without even needing
a verbal communication they would know. The universal language of
energy and form already told that to the observer. Taking a few steps back,

and understanding how we communicate. The physical senses literally

talk to the environment in which it interacts. The language? Threedimensional time-space realities screaming its current state of form,
vibration, frequency and patterns. One small pattern added to another
pattern to form a more complex pattern that forms the reality you exist in.
All these patterns which work through a series of change thus creating the
sense of time. Could the universe literally be talking back to you in ways
that go unnoticed because its so right in front of us we never realized the
simple language of existence that carries us forward in time.Energy at
some level or pattern must have consciousness. We are definitely a part of
that consciousness. We as an observer of this collective pattern of energy
we call our reality must understand that no matter what we think or believe,
we still are a subjective observer interacting in some field of patterned
energy. That this earth and the universe that birthed it is nothing more than
an energy system. The mental universe as I see it, is not the physical
universe we are accustomed to existing in. Rather, it is what your mind is
doing naturally right now. Collecting data, processing it and the output is
your personal reality based on your ability to perceive. What you get is only
what you can perceive. So all the other frequencies of light that your eyes
cant see do not exist for you, but let me tell you this much. There is so
much more that you dont physically see because you have no physical
senses to perceive it. Physical perception functions on a bandwidth of
frequency. There is a limited range of sensory perception that we have as
a human consciousness in order to gather just enough information from
this massive data house we call the universe. Information then is limited to
ours minds being subjective and locked in a body that can only tell our
mind what it perceives. It is no wonder why we havent been able to get to
far past our limited perception to see past our physical senses. We are at
the mercy of our conscious perception. To further complicate this, the
universe you call your reality is nothing more than your own mentally
generated creation based on sensory data, and processed by this supercomputer we call the human brain. And most of us take all this for granted
that we have ability like this at all.If you think for one second that you have
nothing to do with the reality you exist in, think again. If you somehow
could not properly communicate with the externalized universe, youd
probably end up dead, or in some mental institution. A breakdown of
cognitive faculties governing perception could cause distorted information,
a loss of your ability to interpretation and communicate with fellow humans
the disarray of your mismanaged mind should you ever have a mental
breakdown. Want more proof that it is your mind that creates your reality?
Take a massive amount of psychedelic drugs such as mescaline, LSD or
magic mushrooms to the point that you have tactile hallucinations. Or talk
to a person who has a mental disorder causing hallucination. Of course I

dont recommend taking drugs to prove this point, but it is truly said that
what your mind creates is reality for you.If you ever hear the murmuring of
some of the new-age thinking that might crop up once and a while in
casual conversation, the common belief is, We create our own reality.
Well, stepping away from a system of faith into a system of science we
have no choice but to create our reality. The mental picture you have of
reality, in the splendid three-dimensional way you perceive it comes
through a filtration system called you physical senses and the outcome of
that information is your conscious ability to project and externalize your
mental interpretation of reality. Therefor the reality you exist in is exclusive
to you. And as individual as your handwriting, we all can read what you
write, (well, hopefully at least), but your handwriting hints at your
individuality. You are your own reality. That is a fundamental law of ones
own existence. Reality cannot exist for you if you yourself do not exist.
Every aspect of your life is a reflection of your individuality and how you as
a reality system interact with other systems of reality. We in fact have a
personalized reality, which is the sum of our perceptions taken over a
period of time and within our personal development carrying us forward
towards a much larger whole. If we did not have personal reality, we would
not be a person and who knows what we would be. But were human and
the human experience is a subjective one where by you gather information
and create from it. Thinking about this, understanding that you are
naturally generating a reality based on sensory perceptionlets take a
look into another reality that has not ties to this physical one.
PERSONAL REALITY
Take some time to visualize an apple. Close your eyes and imagine this
apple as clearly as you can, have it move and bounce in your imagination.
Bite the apple in your mind and taste the apple. Imagine eating it and
feeling the soft fruit in your mouth, as its sweet flavor pours over your
tongue. Then let go, and go wild with your imagination, live a fantasy
perhaps magical and free. Maybe there is something you daydream about
on a daily basis, a good stress relieving fantasyexplore it, feel it. Know
on top of just processing data from a physical universe, you are constantly
creating with your imagination. More so, when you dream at night. If you
are fairly good at visualization, even better, at tactile visualization then a
good descriptive paragraph should trigger some very positive signals from
your mind. And if you relax and embrace your imagination you will find that
you can partially or wholly replicate what you experience in normal
everyday physical reality. The human mind comes accompanied with this
imagination. This creative part of us that directs our minds in areas that this
world fails to offer us.Dreams are generally composed of thoughts and

emotions being expressed. There is little that I have read on dreams that
give them the kind of credit they deserve but dreams are a good way for us
to break down the fact that a mental process has an ability to produce a
environment in which it expresses itself. More importantly, your
environment where you express you. And this again is an effortless
expression for human consciousness.Dreams do not compose any
physical matter, but if you have tactile dreams then you can relate to this. A
fully sensory tactile dream shares the same common characteristics of our
normal physical reality. That is, objects have shape, form and color. They
can even have taste, smell and texture. The environment can have heat,
cold, wind, etc. You can interact with the environment. If lucid, change the
environment. Yet no physical matter is involved in that environment. No
laws, which govern us here, need apply. It is a construction of your subconscious self and your conscious self. Primarily, it is a form of thinking
that we seem to over look in todays society. Perhaps to random or chaotic
for most to give credit to. But dreams none-the-less can be as real and as
concrete as physical reality. That all depends on the dreamer who has the
dream. We are going to cover a lot about dreaming in this course. Dreams
will not be ignored and they will be given a new level of credit that the
dream deserves and not the mindlessness that most seem to treat them as
having. Dreams are multi-facetted. You can have an array of different types
of dreams; the most common being a fantasy based dream, or an anxiety
dream. We need to look at two types of dreams, the subjective dream that
you think is subjective and exclusive to you. And the objective dream which
very few on this planet know about and where I am about to loose most of
you who have never shared in this type of dream before. But please,
forgive the possible shock to your beliefs about dreams when I discuss
shared dreaming. Most advanced dreamers I know about this. Most of the
beginners are happy just to even have a dream let alone share one.The
apparent subjective dream usually entails your mind working out your
fantasies, fears, anxieties and stress. Maybe you dream part of what you
did that day in some illogical chaotic manner. Perhaps there was a girl or a
guy you wanted to be with and your dream contained some fantasy where
that wish was granted. On the most part, you wake up and hopefully
remember. If you do not, read the up coming section where we discuss
dream recall, and dreaming techniques. The objective dream which I am
introducing early because I want to start to open your minds with the
possibilities should you not have had this type of dream before is what we
can only label, Shared Dreams. Shared dreams are pretty much
exclusive to people who tend to dream a lot with some level of lucidity and
some good level of recall. From personal experience with shared
dreaming, since I have shared dreams with people over the last 10 years
gives me about this to say on it By experience, if one person (usually it

was me) was fully conscious (Lucid) in the dream. [Lucid dreaming is
where your normal waking consciousness, the part that you are right now,
is fully awake and aware except you are in a dream, not your normal
waking physical reality. You can be analytical, creative, change and control
the dream or just observe. You wake with full memory and clarity knowing
you were fully conscious in a dream environment] And the other participant
was semi-lucid and somehow managed to retain some memory of the
dream environment. For both individuals, the normal standards for
observation apply. Both had a point in the dream setting where they
observed the dream, and both had ability to clearly filter in the dreams
environment so that upon waking each individual involved would
remember key elements of that dream environment as if it was a physical
one where both parties had just gone.No matter what the case,
consciousness was the key to shared dreaming. So to share a dream
effectively, a lucid state is the most optimum potential we have when
desiring to explore this naturally occurring ability. The only thing is; until
now, most of you have never shared a dream, let alone knew it was
possible. I dont want you to automatically believe that people share
dreams until you yourself gather enough personal evidence to prove it to
yourself. For now, keep an open mind for the possibilities of what others
are experiencing. If you are a person who has shared dreams then you
stand like a lot of us who have knowing fully the reality of this experience
and can look forward to more positive growth towards a better
understanding of these states. My hopes is you gain enough courage,
knowledge and understanding about dreams in this course that you can
comfortably move into these layers of dreams where we can meet. Id sure
like to meet some of you in these states. I will cover the majority of this in
up coming chapters. The point of this is to also show you that your mind
has a natural ability to create reality in areas of imagination and dream. It
is absolutely imperative that you accept that your mind has an ability to
create reality. We wont get far if you discredit yourself as not having this
normal, natural ability. To think that you do not dream, or lack imagination
is false. Unless you are a total vegetable or stump, you have some
imagination. Imagination is pure power. And this course will change your
attitudes towards what imagination truly is. In conclusion of this chapter,
we covered a few dynamic laws of physics as quickly and simply as we
could to meld them into a station where we identify physical reality as more
of an energy system thus giving a little more room to flexibility for the up
coming chapters. If you can comfortably sit in the chair, as you read this I
want to urge you to start seeing yourself as consciousness rather than a
human body. This is important again since the body is just that, a body.
Consciousness is who you are, and it is not entirely limited, as it would
seem. For a fun affirmation, just say in your mind, I am more than a

physical body, I am consciousness, I am reality, I am. Understanding that

you are reality is important. We tend to externalize our opinion of reality
thus objectifying it beyond the levels we can sustain it at. What I mean by
that is, as a social animal, we tend to be dogmatic in our ideals with static
beliefs. Despite how much you exist in a world, its still your own
interpretation. You only get what you see and sometimes even that is not
all that it appears to be. This desire to believe in a reality outside ourselves
where by we have no influence, say, or part of is self-defeating of some
very natural gifts we do have. And I will cover this in the course so for now
until I elaborate, you are an energy system, an organized intelligence and
a developing consciousness that inhabits a physical body. The truth is;
reality is you, it is I, and it is we. Reality is a shared collective experience
that goes far beyond just a human earth energy system. We share a
collective consciousness that we call reality. Lets put some more
emphasis on the sharing part for some of you who forget what that
means. ;)

LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION

This is a thoroughgoing examination of communication and language both
verbal and non-verbal. The most important part of our personal and social
existence is the ability to communicate and convey a language based on
thoughts and ideas. Language on earth has been limited to a very linear
way of speaking. Our thoughts are articulated through a series of verbal
commands which sometimes loose themselves in semantics and
ideologies of other humans. Even the best linguist would have problems
conveying a thought to people where language causes the break up of
communication. When exploring consciousness, it is important to see
certain factors of communication which is present in every day life. The
most major level of communication is non-verbal in the form of reality itself.
Non-verbal communication is a very advanced way of thinking. It entails
thoughts and ideas, which are generated in a manner so that to convey it
would mean to experience it similar to how we experience our physical
existence. In the previous chapter, we discussed energy as having
consciousness. And the physical senses as tools that we use to
communicate with our external physical matter reality. The reason why I
have taken this angle is because I want you to entertain the possibility that
everything you are experiencing now is a complete form of communication
both physical and non-physical levels.Universal consciousness if it does
exist would be the sum of all our ideas, the ideas and thoughts of other
intelligences, and the ideas and thoughts of intelligence systems that go

far beyond a human intelligence. Universal consciousness is where we

objectify truth. It is the realm of the absolute and concrete. The most
founding level of that truth is the fact that a universe exists at all. To
personalize the truth we can admonish our own existence and
acknowledge the fact we exist as having a fundamental truth to that
personalized statement. Communication with a collective universal
consciousness would mean that the language by which this objective
universe speaks is how our experiences as subjective consciousness
perceive this communication. Self-realization and self-exploration of
ourselves as a part of a collective whole begins when we start to objectify
truth. Truth is an absolute that we cannot argue or bicker over with
ourselves. Its like trying to argue that you do not exist at all with yourself
when by that argument, you have proven that you do exist, at least, you
have proven this to yourself. My fundamental basis for truth is the fact I
exist and that something (left undefined for the argument) exists around
me. All I have is myself as truth, and this is shared as a relationship with
what I perceive as our externalized reality. And this externalized reality has
others like myself who share in thoughts and ideas where communication
plays a vital role in the conveying of these ideas. What about dreams?
What are they? Are they just a thought pattern that our mind creates? Do
dreams have a reality to them? Why is it that billions of life forms dream? If
dreams are not important to physical reality, then why does our
consciousness require them during sleep? Do dreams have the potential to
be objective? Think about the possibility for now that some people share
dreams. If you have not experience a shared dream before. Imagine
similar tools of perception perceiving another spectrum of energy, which is
more directly related to our thoughts and consciousness. If people share
dreams, then telepathy is a naturally occurring at some sub-conscious
level. If two or more consciousness can share the same dream then the
energy system that both share are the products of conscious thought
patterning. In my studies, I have spoken with several people who have
shared dreams. Myself being one of those people know that dreams can
be shared. This is not a belief, or a desired fantasy, rather a personally
explored part of my reality.Dreams are as much a language as the spoken
word. A powerful lucid dreamer with full control of the dream whereby
he/she is sharing this dream with other consciousness has an ability to
convey ideas in words, more so this consciousness can convey ideas
where his thoughts become the dream. The recipient then experiences the
dream based on this communication. It is natural for that subconscious
part of ourselves to share a dream reality as it is for our physical waking
consciousness to see and understand its physical environment. The
difficulty with shared dreams is the current human ideas and beliefs about
dreams. Most think that dreams have no objective value and are purely the

results of some unknown subconscious need to dream. The good news is

people are starting to have experiences in the dreamstate that defy logical
reason. The effects of this are profound enough to cause the person to
think and analyze their views on dreams and what they mean.Dreams at
deeper levels of our sub-conscious begin to connect to a collective
unconscious. At even deeper levels, dreams start to transcend the space
time limitations of a physical belief system and precognitive elements
begin to surface within a dreamers waking consciousness. Even deeper
states where the waking consciousness is present enough to remember,
dreams begin to unlock the very foundation where manufacturing of reality
takes place. This creative process comes down to one fundamental,
communication. Thoughts and ideas are being exchanged on a creative
universal scale.
PRECOGNITIVE DREAMS
If one should wake up and remember a visit to this precognitive state and
remember some of the details. Ones physical matter beliefs would start to
change into something more profound. Imagine a dream where the
contents convey a normal physical event. You wake up and clearly
remember the dream. The dream is unique and you remember specific
details. Then months go by and you forget the dream. One day, you decide
to travel to a town that you have never been to before. And you go to a
park to admire the waters. The people playing, the songbirds singing and
every movement and physical expression starts to trigger some faint
memory - dj vu. You start pondering the dj vu when a realization
comes forward about your dream. Its the contents of that forgotten dream
you had where the same people, the same park, and the same town was
conveyed. You sit there feeling and seeing in perfect timing everything
from the same perspective you had in the dream. Every detail of your
dream matches the physical event. You may have had a dream come true
before. It may have happen once, or twice. Perhaps you are the kind of
person where this occurs on regular intervals, or perhaps you never had
one. The fact is- people are having precognitive dreams. You could be
having one right now for all I know and if so, please tell me about it as I am
interested in knowing if this article you are reading is triggering some
sense of familiarity that you attribute to a dream you once had. You would
know because it triggers such a powerful dj vu like awareness where the
connection to the dream very strong. What are precognitive dreams? Are
these future events? Why are people having them? Have you had them? If
you havent had a precognitive dream take some time to investigate them
by asking friends, family, strangers, just about anyone you please to ask if
they have experienced a dream, where months or years go by and this

dream came true. If so, what is this phenomenon? My personal experience

with dreams coming true is for myself epic. When I was 15, the first dream
I had where I started to realize my dreams did somehow mimic physical
reality was taken only as a surprisingly accurate coincidence. The event
was a fight I was in where five people had jumped me. The distractions in
the fight was my awareness that I had dreamt this fight and clearly
remember going over the details of that dream months ago. The same
people, the same area, the same results. I was amazed at how close a
dream could be to an actual physical event. But I discarded it as being
purely coincidental because dreams have no relative meaning in physical
matter reality.During the same period, I had a friend who told me of
experiences that came true after I told him about a dream where he was in
that dream. I laughed at him and told him it was impossible, just a big
coincidence. I completely ignored the early hints of this phenomenon. That
didnt last to long. The early precognitive dreams were tempered warning
signs of the storm that was about to hit my consciousness. When that
storm hit, it hit with a force it changed me forever. The first metaphorical
lightning-bolt to strike me seemed planned out. The timing of the next
series of precognitive dreams was too overwhelming. Days after the fight, I
thought about how my dream was so close to the physical event, and it
was kind of disturbing. How could strangers of whom I never met before be
familiar to me? Did I see them around town and subconsciously stored that
information in some unknown reservoir where my dreams have access? I
dont remember ever seeing them before. Even the clothes they wore, the
beer they were drinking, my friends who were present during the fight, the
location, the placement of the cars, the punches and kicks thrown, the
resolution of the fight, all completely accurate in the finest detail to the
physical event. Not one trace of inconstancy. It was too weird but the next
few days became even weirder.Downstairs in my house I was watching a
movie, Evil Dead with my sister and her friend. I had seen evil dead
before and this event set me up for a major realization. The dream I had
was similar. I was downstairs watching Evil Dead with my sister and the
same friend was there as well, except here was the inconsistency: my
sisters friend was not sitting with my sister, instead she was sitting with me
and we had a blanket over top of us. She started to play with my feet,
tickling them with her toes. Thinking to myself I laughed, Yeah, dreams
can be close to physical events but they are no-where accurate. My clear
memory of the dream proved the inconsistency theory I was thinking
about, it also set me up for the fall, which came next. I had seen Evil Dead
before so at least that was familiar. But my sisters friend had not, and she
was getting scared. Seeking refuge from her fears she walked over to the
couch where I was sitting and sat beside. She said she felt safer sitting
with me. She brought over a blanket from the other couch and threw it over

top of me while covering herself. I started to get anxious. The familiarity

level just took a ten-fold increase not to mention a sensation of dj vu that
was amplified by the precognitive dream I was realizing. All what I had
remembered so clearly, and so accurately moments before happened.
Every detail was now a match to the dream. Evil Dead was not as
frightening to me as the fear that this precognitive realization brought to
me. I was so frightened that something horrible was happening. Something
no one could explain. It was relentless, the next day more and more events
were coming out of the woodwork. Every corner I turned, every person I
met, every thought I had soon became repetitive. There was nothing I
didnt know wouldnt happen. The peak intensity of the next year was so
strong that nothing could stop the surge of precognition I faced. I suffered
as a result of it. I had no one to turn too, no place to go. I proved it to my
closest friends, my mom. It was complicated by the start of lucid dreams
and out-of-bodies and shared dreams. In one year, my entire perspective
of reality changed forever. At age sixteen, I made a leap in consciousness
that I never even considered a possibility. I never asked for it, I never
wanted it. It just happened. The results were to clear, to concise for me to
ignore. I suddenly didnt trust anyone. I became quite paranoid of other
people, school, governments and science. My grades dropped, I was
extremely depressed. I felt like some freak of nature, an alien in a
fabricated world that could be nothing more than just my imagination
externalized. I was in a black hole of familiarity and it scared me. I knew I
wasnt crazy but this sort of thing wasnt supposed to happen. But it did,
and I knew it. My feelings at that time can best be described like this; I felt
like it was going through a loop. What I dreamt would soon be and all the
thoughts, the emotions, and feelings I had could not stop nor change this.
For whatever reasons, this intense level of precognition served its purpose.
I could no longer deny the truth that dreams could convey a future event at
a personal level in a hundred-percent-like fashion. Despite what others
would argue to me against this truth I was realizing, their arguments were
sometimes met with a demonstration of this precognition. This was rare
and few but occurred none-the-less.I started to notice answers to why not
everyone has precognitive dreams. And this was brought by the
deterioration of this level of experience. For what ever reasons, it started to
deteriorate and soon the familiar patterns were replaced with a distorted
symbolic representation of physical events. The memory was altered when
passing through some unknown distorting layer in my consciousness. But
since it was symbolic, I could see where the symbolism did represent the
future event but it was masked within a distorted field of my perception. For
the most part, I feared that my psyche was destined for an eternity of living
in some endless loop. My salvation came from my desire to figure out how
all this was possible, and the answers came in ways that overpowered my

ability to ignore them.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS
As you are probably aware, I am reducing the concepts of physical matter
reality from being just a physical mass, to an energy pattern. It gets better
or for worse. Many of you who lack the experience of what I have been
and will be discussing may want to stop reading this manuscript in the light
that it goes so totally against your beliefs about physical matter reality.
Please bear in mind, they are still beliefs and I encourage you to stick this
course through. We must clearly see why precognition exists. Why
consciousness exists and why we exist. There is a truth in all of this. The
fact we exist a fundamental for truth. It becomes a fundamental when we
realize that truth is who we are. Truth is our awareness about ourselves
combined with our awareness of the universe. My belief is- we can no
more understand the workings of this externalized world if we do not
understand the workings of our internal one. What if physical matter reality
was nothing more than a pattern of thought that we share? What if we can
communicate with other intelligent systems? What if there is a universal
consciousness in which we are all parts? We are a part of this reality. We
are made of the same particles and energy that makes up this universe.
We all have some sense of our own existence in this physical universe.
What if a creative intelligence was vital in the creation of physical matter
reality? What if you are a part of that creative intelligence? What if all the
patterns of energy that we sense around us are nothing more than the
manifestations of patterned thought? How could physical matter reality
exist purely as thought?Thoughts are created. Something thinks and the
end result is the thought. Dreams are a subconscious form of thought.
Precognitive dreams on the other hand are not to far from this creative
process. To understand precognitive dreams, we must enter this level of
dreamed of experience in a way where we can consciously explore it.
Waking consciousness is who we are. In order to learn anything, we must
be able to consciously perceive it. Lucid dreaming is one way to tap into
this source. Another way, which relates to lucid dreams, is the out-of-body
experience.Since this section has been on communication and dreams, we
will look at a new form of lucid dreaming we can call, Lucid Precognitive
Dreams. These dreams are probably the most profound experience one
can have. It strips away everything you may believe you are and replaces
it with something more than just a belief. The results can be fantastic, aweinspiring and forever changing. It is a good way for you to realize that you
have the potential to consciously share in this creative spectrum of
experiential existence.Lucid dreams have been researched over time. The
average person who investigated dreaming usually can accept the

possibility that they can achieve a state of lucidity in a dreamstate and

have total control of that dream. Waking conscious is vital for exploring
dreams. Lucid dreams are important for a more conscious view of
ourselves. We will be looking at some very simple steps for achieving a
lucid state in the dream. The most important thing to recognize is that you
as a conscious participant in your dream-life hold every key to unlock
these doors. Time, practice and determination should yield results and we
will look at potential blockages that may arise due to fears, disbelief and
poor sleeping patterns.Lucid Precognitive Dreams are the next step in
dream exploration. The science that will evolve from people actively
entering this state will be very interesting to say the least. It makes the
most improbable possibility seem more probable. And the effort it takes to
get there is relatively simple. Just not yet fully understood. Over the next
couple of weeks, I will be addressing this thing called the creative process.
The focus of our lucid dreams and out-of-bodies will be to uncover and
unlock some of the hidden secrets of this creative field. My exploration of
this state has illustrated to me that we are subconsciously already there.
Knowing that will make it easier for subconscious information in that layer
to slowly surface into our normal waking consciousness. The key has
always and will always be what we can consciously be aware of. This
course is designed to make the subconscious more conscious.

In the first two sessions, we covered how physical matter reality was
comprised as more of an energy system since all the aspects of the
material world come from energy in different states of vibration frequency
and density. When patterns are formed in energy, I remarked on how we
immediately start to see the potential for intelligence. Part two we break
down physical matter even more into a possibility that it really is just an
advanced form of language from a collective universe of which we are all
participants in. That dreams have a precognitive nature, and we have an
ability to work within this precognitive field to make changes that ultimately
effect the out come of that dream once it manifests into our waking
physical lives. We have one more stage of human consciousness we must
address that falls into the category where much of our lucid dreams come.
THE OUT-OF-BODY EXPERIENCE
If you have ever read these books, Journeys Out-of-the-Body, Far
Journeys, and Ultimate Journeys by Robert A. Monroe. Then you have
read what I feel are three books which show the evolutionary cycle of the
out-of-body state. Robert A. Monroe started his exploration into this field of

research when he was struck with a series of spontaneities out-of-body

experiences that started his whole quest for knowledge on this topic.
Robert A. Monroe founded the Monroe Institute in Faber Virginia and the
Monroe Institute to this day is researching this phenomenon and they are
also teaching courses on the subject. Their web sight is www.monroeinst.com I highly recommend checking them out if you have not already.
Their research is quite extensive and offers a good start for anyone who
wants to get verification that this phenomena exists and is being taken
seriously enough to scientifically understand. When you read some of these
experiences, I want you to just absorb them and give them some thought.
If these have nothing at all to do with anything, then take note that the
effects of these experiences are such that the world once entered, even if it
is a purely mental state were completely tactile and offered things that
physical reality could never offer. Keep in mind the age I was at as well.
When I had my first out-of-body experience, I was 16 years old and I did
not know that we really could leave our bodies. One night changed all that
for me. Waking up, I felt strange and something was not quite right. I
wasnt sure what it was so I sat on the edge of my bed and tried to shake
of the cobwebs in my head. With the kind of tiredness you get when you
first wake up, I stood up and walked over to the lightswitch.Everything was
normal, the room was dark and I could see just enough of my room from
the moonlight shining in my room. When I went to hit the switch, the light
did not go on. Confused that I might not of actually touched the switch, I
made another pass at the switch this time a little more careful thinking I
was tired and not paying enough attention. Again, the light did not go on,
nor did the lightswitch move. But I felt it, and I touched it. Again, I hit the
switch and it didnt move, several more attempts were made and I watched
each time my fingers pass through the switch.Looking at my hand, I
noticed that it was clear and translucent with a light blue outline around the
parameter of my hand and arm. A fear took over and I froze. What the hell
is this? I thought. Glancing over at my bed I saw my physical body lying
there. Fear exploded in my mind, Was I dead? Just before I screamed, I
shot back into my body as if someone had me at the end of a sling shot
and had just let go. My physical eyes woke up and I gasped for air.
Shaking, I got up and turned on the light. Everything was normal and fine.
It was 4:30 in the morning; I couldnt go back to sleep. This experience was
too real to ignore. All day I thought about it at school and finally told my
close friend about it. He re-affirmed to me that it was an out-of-body
experience. He also told me about Robert A. Monroes book, Far
Journeys. Which he read from our local library. That day, I went there to
take it out but it was not in. It wasnt for a few more weeks that I went
without the book. When I finally read it, the book inspired me unlike
anything I had ever read. It stopped nearly all the fear and concerns I had,

gave me courage to continue to explore the state and I was not afraid to
tell people about my experiences from that point on.The next day, lying in
bed like usualloud music starts to play in my room. I wake up angry
thinking that my brother had come in and turned on my small stereo
system. Looking up at the stereo, I see the equalizer lights moving up and
down as the music played. A closer look at the stereo showed me that it
was unplugged. Instantly the obvious fact that an unplugged stereo cant
play music caused a tremendous wave of fear to consume me. I froze and
became more aware that my physical body was actually just underneath
me and I was lying on top of it.I looked forward and something whispered,
Move through this tunnel. And a tunnel appeared in front of me.
Overcoming the fear, I dove in. I felt myself dissolve into just awareness.
Then as the end of the tunnel was reached, I felt like a sphere condensing
into one spot. Rays of me shone from every direction into the condensing
point where a human like body was formed. I was in a parking lot in town
helping a lady with her groceries. In the back of my mind I knew something
was different but the dream continued as I helped her. When finished, I
was then catapulted back into my body and I awoke. The connection at the
time with the dream and the lady was confusing to me. Why did I help her
with her groceries? Three years later I would be working at the same mall,
in the same lot doing the same job since I started to work at a grocery
store. Its been quite a few years since then, at least seven and I have had
so many dreams come true I dont think I actually ever met the lady from
the dream. The following night something wakes me. I am lying in bed and I
feel a head resting on my chest. The head then starts to move into my
chest and it startles me to full attention. Looking up I see a small three foot
elf like humanoid that is startled as much as I am when I awake. It takes off
and runs through my wall. I am in hot pursuit after it.Not even questioning if
I could run through the wall, I just did. Lucid dreams, and the other two
OOBEs had given me enough sense of the experience that I was aware
that I was somehow not in my physical body. Matter felt like millions and
millions of small particles melding with my form. The effect was distorting
and I ended up in some location that was familiar to me. More in a lucid
dream like environment, but the connection to being OOBE and in a Lucid
dream seemed to parallel each other, I started to investigate for the first
time what exactly was going on.The location was an old house we lived in
from when I was within the ages of 7 to 12. I recognized the entrance way
to the house and the stairs going up to the top level. The elf like child was
not there but two other really strange looking things were. They stood
about two feet tall and looked more like Muppets from the Muppet show
with big eyes and gapping mouths. Laughing, I grabbed one and asked it
what it was. The thing just froze as if in fear. It definitely wasnt a human
consciousness. Sensing its fear I let it go and it ran away instantly.I was

confused, what kind of state was I in. It felt like a really bad Alice in
wonderland story. Fully alert and conscious I could not tell if I was
dreaming, or if I was out-of-body or what exactly I was. But the fact
remained obvious to me, I was myself in another state where I recognized
and could interact with an environment that was slightly different from the
physical one I was accustomed to. I conceded the possibility of another
reality that I was exploring was present.Still confused and looking for any
clue, I walked up the stairs remembering all the times in the past I run up
and down these stairs. I stopped at the top of the stairs and the door below
opened. My brother entered with a few of his friends; they were all drinking
and acting in a drunken manner. They seemed oblivious to me as they
walked up the stairs; it wasnt until they reached the top that one of them
noticed me. They were moving kind of slower than usual. Their words
sounded like a slowed down tape was playing. Being who I am and
completely curious, I laid a full frontal forward snap kick into the chest of
the person coming up the stairs. This knocked him back tumbling all the
way to the bottom. I grabbed the hand held ghetto blaster another was
carrying, and I smashed it into pieces on the floor. I was just testing the
state I was in. And energy surged into me, as I started to take control of the
environment.Like a nuclear bomb going off, I stood at the edge of the stairs
and shattered everything in my visual sight. The entire world around me
collapsed and I felt totally clear and free. Billowing waves of energy as far
as the eye could see formed red and pink clouds and patterns. I treated
the whole relationship with this state as one of persecution and deception.
I screamed out as energy shot through my hands and I felt like some
dreaming god. I AM! I yelled. Nothing I can explain felt like this. Its
definitely attribute to the age I was. Being 16 years old at the time, and all
the pressures of family, high school and everything else in my life, it was
no wonder I took such delight in this new power I was tripping on.Then,
after yelling my declaration of my self, the funniest thing happened a voice
boomed out of the ethers, Yeah, I am too. So shut the hell up! At the time,
it was so funny it made me laugh. I flew into the abyss of energy to find this
cocky bastard and started to rocket through a seemingly endless stream of
formless clouds of unknowns. Personally, I didnt know if I was dreaming,
OOBE or hallucinating. And I didnt care, it was too much fun to stop. The
focus on the other voice was lost in the laughter and joy I was feeling in
this freedom. Before I knew it, I was back in my physical body again. There
was such an excitement level now with the whole experience. Lucid
dreams, out-of-body experiences and worlds on top of worlds to play in.
These experiences did not stop, I had not developed conscious control of
them yet, but they were so spontaneous and frequent that it didnt matter.
The next few weeks were exploding with fantastic journeys within a part of
my consciousness I wondered why I ever ignored. It seemed so irrational

that people were missing out on this freedom of expression. After reading

Robert A. Monroes book, Far Journeys. I had a new direction to explore.
The possibilities of other intelligences that were much more advanced
than human intelligence. It gave me a new respect when I was out-of-body
and my direction then was to understand everything I could about this
state. The following OOBEs were then not as free and fun since I took on
a more investigative study of the experience within myself. Releasing from
my physical body, instead of going on some wild adventure into some
unknown, I stood at the edge of my bed and looked at my physical form.
Time passed as I just stood staring at my physical body. I wanted a really
good look at what I saw. I wanted to be very clear that what I saw was the
vehicle I operated and also, I wanted to know completely that I was not this
body rather I was what stood outside the body at this very moment.Calmly,
I touched my physical body on the face. I felt the warmth of its breathing
on my non-physical hand. I touched the warm skin and felt how soft it felt
even when I was this other thing I that had become. I moved downward
over to my chest and placed my hand into the chest area. A warm electrical
pulsating hum was felt. Taking as much time necessary, I just examined
the physical body that I associated as myself. But it was not I. It was
something that was only a part of me. Who I was, was beyond just a
physical form. The body that I was in now was a mirror match for my
physical one. This body when I felt clear like I did was very tactile. It could
touch and see with clarity. I found hearing to be faint but existed if I
focused on hearing. Taste and smell were even less present but they
existed if I really focused on smell and taste. That same night, I just walked
around my room. I placed my hand into the wall to feel what it felt like to
pass through the wall. I would stick my face partly into the wall and the
feelings were the same.It was completely quite; there were no other
beings, nothing else but myself and the room I was exploring on a whole
new level of experience. Touching my non-physical arm, I examined this
body closely. It felt cold to the touch, and was translucent, but if I focused it
would look flesh covered and normal. I walked just slightly out of my room
into the hall where there was a mirror. I saw myself in this body; the mirror
reflected something back to me.I was surprised to see a reflection. It
caught me off guard. I waved my hand and in perfect synchronicity the
mirror reflected this back to me. I could still see myself and I looked like an
exact copy of my physical body. Making a few faces at my self in the
mirror, I decided to change my form. Focusing on the body, I stretched out
my mouth and bugged out my eyes. Concentrating on my teeth I made
them grow big and large. By the time I was done, I looked like a total freak.
It was funny. I laughed so hard.Wanting to be a total goof, I walked outside
and acted like some ogre that had no clue of what was observing him at
that time. This was not as bad as the time I walked around school while

OOBE going, Look at me Im a ghost! and trying to get the attention of

friends who where studying so hard while I was skipping my physical
school to attend my non-physical one.In the early stages of these
experiences, I was able to verify at least to myself that it related to physical
matter reality only if I was in this very limited second form. The second
body acted in synch still with physics so gravity still pulled on it, and
mirrors reflected the image at some level of frequency. My theory on this
was that I moved from the first band of light that we have on a visible
spectrum to a much lighter frequency of light on a more non-visible
spectrum to our current human consciousness that was apparent to
ourselves as non-physical patterns in this spectrum of light. The verification
came from observing people with certain clothes, the placement of
vehicles on the street outside. Rooms in places I had not yet gone. Just a
lot of exploration of this state to prove at that early stage that I was indeed
out-of-body and not hallucinating that I was. But the OOBE opens a
doorway to several other layers of experience, which I soon began to
wander into.Late one night, I am relaxing and focusing into my awareness
into the blackness that was in front of my closed eyes. My breathing
slowed, and my body started to fall asleep. Soon, without notice a female
voice booms in my head, So, you want to know how reality is created?A
little surprised but somewhat expectant of this, I replied, Sure, I would love
to. Great, we will illustrate this in a three-dimensional form since you
function with a three-dimensional consciousness. A window appeared in
my visual spectrum. It was a two dimensional image of a street and some
trees with a house at the end of the street. The image was very simple and
then the lady spoke again, First, well create an image of this very basic
street and house. Then we must give it the depth in which a threedimensional reality exist in.The image then dropped into a very crude,
almost computer animated three-dimensional space. I projected into the
window and was on the street looking around at the simple cartoon like
images of the trees, the house and the road. Then we must start to
consider the cause and effects of things. Such as, how do the needles of
the tree feel when against your skin? The effects of air blowing against
you? All these factors must be layered upon each other to give the reality
its dimensional qualities. The tree then became very real, and winds
started to blow and rustle the pine needles. It was much like a fur tree and
I touched the branch and it all felt very real. Your reality is constructed in
the same manner that this reality is generated. A series of ideas and
images construed together with the laws of cause and effect layered down
to the finest detail. It was all very impressive to say the least. Moments ago
I was lying in my bed with a veiled of darkness over my eyes. Now, I am
standing in a manufactured reality where some unknown female is
teaching me how to construct reality with very convincing and clear

examples of thought in action.Standing in awe at the clarity of this

experience, I wondered what it was significant of. The female to whom I
could not see seemed familiar to me. After creating this reality, she then
guided me up to an area where a lot of my thoughts and idea express
themselves freely in a tactile three-dimensional way. The movement was
swift and the new terrain again casting some familiar pattern. I flew around
a personal playground of some of my greatest fantasies and imaginations
brought to life. When finally exhausted I awoke. This experience was a
stepping stone to the next stage of my growth. The patterns of which my
experiences were forming seemed to me, to be very intelligently laid out
and planned. The next experience that followed which patterned this one
left me beyond any explanation or reason.Releasing from my physical
body, I felt a gently push upwards. I floated slowly into a very dark void,
which only traces of anything visual were blue wisps of energy stretching
out like gas clouds as far as my vision could see. I was fully conscious and
aware that I was out-of-my-body. What would you like to experience? a
voice asked. It was in perfect English, and the area seemed really familiar
to me. Curious as to what he meant, I felt he deserved a reply. Pondering
the possibilities, I replied favorably. I would like to experience a group of
people setting aside their religious, social and political beliefs to enjoy the
company of each other. Very well. Responded the voice.A flat twodimensional window appeared before me. It had a recognizable image of
the beachfront at Okanagan Lake in Penticton BC. The being that I could
not see guided me into the window, and I entered a lucid dream. I stood on
the beach, the realization that I was fully awake and dreaming was clear.
This was a dream, and I was dreaming I thought. I noticed I was here with
some friends from school. There was a fire, and we had marshmallows and
hot-dogs to roast.A group of people soon joined us and hung out by the
fire. Soon, a man and his wife appeared carrying a guitar and they joined.
The man brought out his guitar and started to play songs. The majority of
the people were all strangers to me except a few recognizable friends. The
dream progressed quite smoothly, I walked amongst some of the people
talking to them and getting to know them. The first group was from a
Mormon Church and was in town to do a play for some school children.
They asked if I wanted to see their play, and I replied, Yes, that would be
great. They preformed their play of which I really enjoyed. It was cool that
they just let loose and did that. The man was also playing some really good
songs and we joined in singing to some of them. One song in particular
was Pink Floyd, Wish you were here. which was/is one of my favorite
songs. I enjoyed singing to this one as well. The dream passed and soon I
returned to the entry level to that dream and the being was still intuitively
present. Thank-you for sharing with me that dream. I replied. The dream
consisted of many of the values that I hold close to my heart and I even

remarked how I wish life was more like that to this being. Satisfied with the
dream we created, I moved back towards my body an awoke.I never gave
the significance of that dream much thought. I just knew I met some very
interesting intelligence that enjoyed sharing dreams at some level and we
collaborated on a dream of which we shared. Other than that, it was just an
ordinary OOBE that turned into a dream experience later on.This was no
ordinary dream. This was the dream that was going to rip me in half three
months later when it came true in every detail that was manufactured in
that initial state. It would be the dream that sent me backward inside
screaming from the realization of everything that I knew but never
believed. When the dream came true, the only difference that I could trace
was a new overlay of my thoughts on top of the initial thoughts I had while
in the dream. The moment I realized that this physical even was also that
initial dream event, I literally was standing physical in my body having a
lucid dream that was a physical dream. It was my first Lucid Precognitive
Dream that I had to date. The other factor was a new layer of fear that
lingered in the back of my logical mind. When I had the initial experience, I
knew that it was somehow shared with something. The people that were
present, the setting and the events all were also partially influenced by
what I desired to experience. I could not ignore the creative slice to this
dream that my hand yields. How could I create my own reality? Was it just
my reality? Were these people, these events, these settings all figments of
my imagination? Was I really ever alive in the first place? How was this
possible? The force of this dream sent me into a very dark black hole of
fear, anxiety and worry that somehow everything I experienced was a
result of this and it started to neutralize a sense of others for the moment. I
felt isolated and alone, empty in a universe that played to my conscious
delights. My reaction was not at all healthy. There was nothing I could say
to anyone to convince him or her of this truth I experienced. Many times I
would experience a feeling of total isolation as a singular universe devoid
of others.Hard to imagine, even harder to experience. I felt trapped, but the
benefit of this was it clearly illustrated to myself in a manner that gave no
other explanation the reasons why we have dreams that come true in the
first place. That they were not in fact a future event rather, a constructed
event that would later manifest as time/space moved to allow the
experience to unfold. The out-of-body experience provided me with more
answers than I needed; it also presented newer, more profound questions
to answer. To cover the many, many experiences I have had while going
OOBE would constitute too many pages of experiences to write. The
important thing though is where we sit as creative intelligence in this
universe.
