Announcement from Trading Post:
We at the Trading post would like to take this time to say we are glad it is SPRING again. We made it through another winter. It is time to get geared up for another season of fun and relaxation. We have a new supply of hoodies, jackets, sweat pants, coozies, hats, and visors, so come in and see what we have. We also have some frozen meat for sale: Slabs of Ribs, Sirloin steaks, Ground hamburger meat, and brats. So, if you forget something maybe we can help you out. Also, donations for clothing hangers would be greatly appreciated.

Donations for the Maids

The maids would like to ask for donations for trash cans for the rental trailers & stage stops. The tall kitchen trash cans (13gallon) would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Just a friendly reminder to all members and guests who are coming through the gate, we have some new gatehouse employees and we ask for your patience with them while they learn the system. Comments on the renovation of the gatehouse need to be directed to the BOD Thanks, C9r office staff

The Maids would like to remind ALL members that pets are not allowed in any Ranch buildings, including stage stops. They are only allowed in 17ft rental trailers for a pet fee.

To be eligible to vote, your account must be paid in full by April 30, 2010.

If you’re riding down a road and see trash, STOP AND PICK IT UP.

Linens and dishes will no longer be supplied in rental units (of any size) after May 1st 2010. Linens will be available at the time of rental for a $10.00 deposit. Deposits will be refunded when the linens are returned in good condition. Dishes, pots and pans will also be available at the time of rental for a $10.00 deposit which will be refunded when dishes are returned clean. --------------------------------------------------
