We kindly invite Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation specialists from the three Baltic States, to use this excellent

opportunity to participate in the seminar

Innovative approach to musculoskeletal pathologies with high efficient (physical therapy) modalities use
and efficacy of High-Power Laser (HIL), Radial Shockwave Therapy (RSWT) and Targeted Radiofrequency
Therapy (TRT)
The seminar will be held on March 17th. Duration is from 10.00 till 17.30. it will take place in Riga, Rixwell Elefant hotel
(Kalnciema iela 90).
The working language is English.
We decided to make the participation for the doctors for free.
As the seminar starts in the morning, the participants can arrive one day before. We agreed special rates for
accomodation in the Elefant hotel: single room - 35 eur, double - 40 eur (breakfast include). The participants need to
write a room request to the e-mail address: conference.elefant@rixwell.com with a remark (SIA "A.Medical"
conference).
Lecturer: Hans-Joerg Groeber, PE-Teacher, Physiotherapist, Lecturer for Physiotherapy, Medical Consultant and
Product/Application Specialist for Physical Therapy; with more than 25 years of experience in Physiotherapy/Physical
Therapy and 10 years with Shockwave and HIL. Lecture Specialties/Topics was Electrotherapy, Biomechanics, Exercise
Theory and NeuroRehabilitation

- Applying RSWT following the rules of Manual-Therapy
- Practical Demonstration
- Basic Principles and Use of a High-Power Laser
- Working proficiency and comparison of different type Laser-Treatments (LLT/HIL, infrared and visible spectre)
- Superior pain-treatment and localized cellular activation with HIL
- Practical Demonstration
- Basic Principle and Use of TRT (Targeted Frequency Therapy)
- Advantage of TRT to standard diathermy and electrotherapy
- Integration/combination of TRT with standard regular therapeutic intervention
- Practical Demonstration
