Soybeans: 250 gr
RAPRIMA yeast tempeh
Banana leaves or plastic bag.

Process

1. Wash the tools and prepare the ingredients.


2. Wash the soybeans from other materials.
3. Soak the washed soybeans in the basin for 8 hours or more (hydration
process in which soybean seeds absorb water as much as possible).
4. Remove the softened soybeans coat, then rinse with clean water.
5. Steam or boil the soybeans for 20 minutes.
6. After soybean feels soft, pour the seeds into a clean basin, and stir until the
seeds are warm.
7. Sprinkle RAPRIMA yeast tempeh which should be sprinkled little by little, stir
evenly (250 grams of soy beans is 1/4 teaspoon).
8. Prepare banana leaves.
9. Divide into 3; 1st bowl uses 1/4 teaspoon of yeast tempeh, 2nd bowl is more
than the first bowl, 3rd bowl is more than the second bowl.
10.Put the soybeans that has been given yeast tempeh (RAPRIMA) into the
wrapper.
11.Fermentation process of soybeans at room temperature is one or two days,
or until the entire surface is covered of mushroom.
