JUS MARGOZE HARICOTS

1) ½ livre haricots vert


2) 1 tasse d’eau
3) 1 margoze

Blend everything together.

PANIR

1) 2 Cups de lait en poudre


2) 1 large saucepan of water to boil
3) 4 citrons
4) 1 large cooking cloth to contain panir

Boil Water.
Pour powdered milk in the boiling saucepan.
Slowly add citron juice. Simmer
Reduce heat.

Pour content onto cloth in saucepan in sink.


Open cold tap water to reduce heat.
Squeeze the cloth with panir.
Place saucepan onto the cloth and leave for a while

Gather panir and put on wooden mat
