BRENIC'S MANPOWER SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Manpower Services Agreement made and entered into by and between:
BRENIC'S MANPOWER SERVICES, a duly registered and existing sole proprietorship business with the postal address of Blk
6, Lot 14, Richmond Subdivision, Las Pinas City, represented in this agreement by Philip Brent M. Cariaga, General Manager,
herein referred to as the Employer.
-andTeresa Santos, a Filipino citizen of legal age, with Postal Address of 14 Lauan Extension, Unit 4 Highlands Court, UPS2,
Bicutan, Paranaque City, hereinafter referred to as the Client.
The Employer will provide the Client with qualified personnel who undergo pre-screening and skills testing to do any or all of the
following services:

Wall cleaning
Floor cleaning
Furniture cleaning
Bedroom cleaning
Living Room Cleaning
Kitchen and Appliances Cleaning
Laundry
Ironing clothes
Baby Sitting
Other Special Request by the client as agreed upon between the Employer and Client.

As discussed, the Client will avail of all the services except Baby Sitting as seen above. The rate of such services as agreed upon is
P500.00 or Five Hundred Pesos Only for (4) Four Hours starting from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, with the inclusion of transportation fee
and cleaning materials.
However, incase the Client shall request for an additional hour, the Client shall pay P100.00/per hour.
The Employer's Personnel shall consist of (2) Cleaners.
Incase of Non Appearance of the Client during the scheduled work date, the Client will forfeit the scheduled day as if the Cleaning
was rendered.
Incase the Employer's Personnel is late, the cleaners shall extend their time cleaning equivalent to the number of minutes late.
The days agreed upon by the Client and employer are December 10, 2013, December 13, 2013, December 17, 2013, December
24, 2013, December 27, 2013, December 31, 2013, January 7, 2014, January 10, 2014, January 14, 2014, January 21, 2014,
January 24, 2014 and January 28, 2014. A total of (12) Twelve days only.
The Terms of Payment will consist of the following: First Payment will be on the First Cleaning schedule which is are on
December 10, 2013 with the amount of P3,000.00 or three thousand only. The Second Payment will be on January 7, 2014 with
amount of P3,000.00 or three thousand only. A total contract price of P6,000.00 or six thousand pesos only.
This agreement shall take effect from the date of signing of the contract. Should the Client want to to terminate the contract, the
Employer must be notified a least a week before the scheduled date of termination. The terms and conditions shall be the Laws
between parties and shall be interpreted in accordance with the law of the Philippines but not to the exclusion of and prejudice to
other laws applicable in this contract.
