Abstract

BOT model are recent law institution that originates from the concession. For these
reasons, most states still regulate this issue as a form of concession. This practice is
changing, and in favor of the fact that many international organizations involved in BOT
model. BOT model is a mixed legal transaction because it contains a number of
agreements. Given the value and duration of the contract conclusion and implementation of
these legal issues are very complex, so it is necessary to engage in the country of skilled
people. Otherwise it may be that the project fails, as some of the projects referred to in this
paper.
