Who does it affect most and why?

A test of 280 students from two different
high schools showed that WOMEN feel
more comfortable talking through social
technology because they tend to put more
of an emphasis on relationships.

Technology is changing the

way kids interact in drastic
ways. How long will we
allow social technology to
replace face-to-face
communication and cause
anxiety?

There needs to be a boundary between using

social networking and communication sites to
keep and touch and obsessing over them.
Knowing this
balance will lead
to a better
development.

17 magazines October poll revealed that 38% of

its readers expressed that they wished social
networking didnt exist.

What will you do

to limit your
social media/
communication
site usage?

Ways to control the ADDICTION:

1. Set a acceptable amount of allowed
time on the internet each day.
2. Take a break!! You will be surprised
how much you accomplish when you
put away the computer.
3. Turn your phone off when you feel like
it is consuming your day and
changing your attitude.
