Date of Visit
In my own observation to the school I've been observed was, the school is
conducive to learning environment of the students. The students outside the
school was not really good. Inside the school, the students will respect to their
classmates and to the people ahead to them. Every Monday, they're going to their
gymnasium for their ceremony. And then after that, the Principal will check their
proper wares uniforms, their IDs, etc. The students enters the room quietly. The
saw the classroom nice and well organize for their teacher cleans and arrange it.
The teacher was very responsible to the learning of his student. He is very
inspirable (for me), because he did everything for the needs of their class. Teacher
could not gave the student a question for assessing the learning if the student in
a few days. But he always give an example to the lessons they already discussed.
Many student of their class could not participate to the discussions. The teacher
himself should not know what he wanted to do for them. The students hates to
this Math subject but not all students. They need an inspirable teacher that can
motivate them to the lessons the teacher produces. I think the teacher are boring
that the students bores to the discussion the teacher discussed. For the activities
the teacher provides, all students participate on it. The students are more

My Analysis
How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact on the learning of the
students going to school? What are your conclusions?
The school campus is well organized as itself even in the classrooms that I observed for. For me
it is considerable to be a conducive learning environment. In this matter, the student will

motivate by the environment but not at al times as campus encounter struggles and problems for
the student's learning. The resources the school was needed.

How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent development? How does
this relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?
For the school campus and classroom is the big part to the learning of the students because of
what the campus had, will manifest to the students. For the something the school had, the student
will inspire on it. Every abilities and skills the student had, will develop for they used it for the
sake of the school. This is on how the leader of the campus and even to the classroom facilitate
the learning of the students they had. Of course the student has an individual differences and a
unique abilities, so that the school can help to develop it. And the school and family teacher will
understood it.

MyReflections
1. Would you like to teach in the school environment you just observed? Why? Why
not?
Of course if I've given an opportunity to teach to this school campus, I would. Even I
know that there are many students that makes violence inside the class. I inspire to teach
to this kind of school when I saw that the two student fight to each other. I believe that I
am one future teacher that can make best learning to my classroom and I want to inspire
my student.

2. What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?

A school that is conductive to learning is a school that has complete facilities that will
surely help and benefited by the student learners to understand the subject matter they are
studying. Clean and well ventilated around the campus.

3. What kind of classroom is conducive to learning?

A classroom that is conducive to learning is a classroom with proper chairs, functioning
electric fans for the ease of students, all other facilities that will greatly contribute for the
attainment of knowledge of the students and most especially an expertise of teacher by
profession and by compassion they may felt for the students.

4. In the future, how can you accomplish your answer in number 3?

For me, I'll do my best to serve my students and people around me with all my heart. I
will be a compassionate teacher for them. I believe that I am an efficient and effective
teacher for even the students are not willing and responsible to the class, I always make a

clean and well ventilated as what sir Glenn did. I set a rules and regulations on the first
day until the end of the school year. It's my responsibility to tell to my teachers ahead to
me that the room are needed these things.

5. Write your additional learning and insights here.

Teachers should be an effective to their students for they are a model of the class. He/she
must do what he/she tells and discussed to the students. We are a role model to them.
Whatever we did shall follow by our students. We must be a good entertainer to our
students to get their attention.
