Zoe should be very proud of her achievements thus far. Her task supervisor has had nothing but glowing remarks as to her performance at Community Housing Network. Zoe is an asset to the team in which she

works and has quickly learned skills necessary to assist program participants.

In clinical supervision, Zoe is an avid participant and contributes significantly to discussion with her peers and field instructor. Her comments indicate a strong commitment to social work values and to furthering her own knowledge of social issues. Zoe demonstrates a great deal of self-awareness and self-reflection. Her written process recordings are thorough and exhibit a great deal of thoughtfulness.

Overall, Zoe's performance is outstanding. We at Community Housing Network are lucky to have her placed with us. I look forward to continuing to watch Zoe learn and grow during her field placement.
