Dear Sir,
I have been working with your organization for the last one and half years
as a Senior HSE officer and last 6 months I am full filling duties of HSE
manager in Al Kheesa Project. As you are aware that I am receiving same
salary which I received when I join; QAR 9000. Because I am not under
Combined group of company sponsorship I am not getting medical
coverage that I have to pay from my own pocket. Because now I am HSE
in charge I cannot request for over time also. I am not staying in company
accommodation and as you aware now rent in Doha is really high.
CGC is not even paying for my residential permit renewal. I am paying
this from my side. I dont have medical and insurance coverage from
CGC . This one also I have to take care about myself.
I am requesting you to hike my salary as my present salary is very low to
maintain my family expenses and living expenses in Qatar. Please look
into this request and resolve my problem as early as possible.
