Abstract. A large proportion of universities focused on the provision of undergraduate education.Thereis smaller
number research-leduniversities consider onresearchfocus tobothundergraduate and graduate education. Besides,
this university also haveexperienced to work together with the industry to develop science
andtechnologythroughmanyformof collaborations.Such collaborations can take the form of different levels of
engagement,ranging from conventional forms of engagement such practical work forstudent in industries or special
lecture fromindustrial practitioners in theuniversity, to more holistic formof engagement such as solving of
industrialproblem.However, strategic collaboration among universities, the industry, and thegovernment leads to
atriangleof power that elevates theeconomical output of nations.
