‘To Whom It May Concern:
‘This letter is to recognize the outstanding performance of Natalie Scholberg. Aside from performing
all the required job standards of a full time assistant teacher of our state funded prekindergarten with
‘utmost professionalism, excellence, and dedication. Mrs, Scholberg continually went above and
beyond to provide staff, children and families prompt and quality care and education. She filled the
position of the lead teacher in the lead teacher absences and the class ran equally as smoothly.
During the interview process Mrs. Scholberg was an obvious choice. She proved to be a dedicated
team player. In addition she possess a unique blend of leadership qualities that attract people to
want to be a member of her team! A consistent and dependable employee during her time at
Richmond Hill Montessori; Mrs. Scholberg was always ready to lend a helping hand. Her attention to
detail was critical to the daily flow of children, ratio, meal, meal record keeping and overseeing,
classroom staff teachers. Mrs. Scholberg is extremely knowledgeable in relating to children as well as
talented in areas of artistic creativity. She is exceptionally patient, understanding and caring when
working with children and their families. She is proficient in office and computer technologies and
eager to learn our programs functions; a true self starter.
I would highly recommend Mrs. Scholberg for any position in which she applies, her adaptability
and dedication to her job will be a great benefit for any organization with which she secures
employment. Her smile and optimism are infectious.
I would be happy and willing to provide further personal reference upon request.
Sincerely,
