13) Maintainasatisfactory(passing)levelofperformanceintherelatedclassinordertoremaininandreceivecreditforonthejob
training.Ifthestudentfailstherelatedclassduringagradingperiod,thenhe/shewillbesuspendedfromtheonthejobtraininguntil
thestudentbringsthegradetoapassinglevel.StudentsmaybesuspendedfromworkiftheiroverallGPAfallsbelow2.0,theyare
failingmorethanonecourse,orfailingrequiredcoursesforgraduation.
14) Provideacopyofthestudentworkpermit,student'sdriver'slicenseandanychangeinmeansoftransportationtotheworksitetothe
