potatoe salad ingradients: 6 med potatoes 1 bay leaf 1/4 cup melted butter 1 can cream of chicken 1 & 1/2 cup sour

cream 1/2 teaspoon salt= 1/2 teaspoon pepper 3 green onions 2 cups grated cheddar cheese cook potatoes in jackets with bay leaf until just tender, cool, peel and grate c oarsely add butter to soup & stir until smooth. blend in sour cream, salt, pepper, onion s, and 1 & 1/2 cup cheese. combine with potatoes until blended bake in a 9x13 buttered pan uncovered for 30 min, in a 350 degree F oven sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over. bake for 10 - 15 min longer
