US v Tx

The Supreme Court
Immigration Case
Supreme Court - What Could Happen

This court case, U.S. v. Texas, will be decided by the
Supreme Court Justices. A majority ruling (five or
more Justices) in favor of the U.S. must be made
for DAPA and expanded DACA to survive. In any
circumstance, we hope to see more opportunities
for immigrants soon.
