‡ Diagnosis: ‡ Irritated seborrheic keratosis ‡ This 'stuck-on' epidermal lesion shows a papillomatous and somewhat downward epidermal proliferation with a normal cuboidal basal cell layer and a biphasic (clear and basaloid) inside cell population with squamous eddies. ‡ There is marked acute neutrophilic keratitis, chronic dermal inflammation and reactive epithelial atypia.
