1. For someone working in your field, please describe the fantasies versus realities of the job.
(fantasy vs. reality)
-Work customer service,
Fantasy: Lots of phone communication, People think they are special but they have just another problem
in pool of similar people. People might sound nice over customer service.
Reality: Email based customer service for website, Lots of customer communication, most prewritten
quotes are already sent into place by answers already prewritten down. Most answers are not known at the second
if not sure. Phone communication phone redirection are possible but for Danny it’s all information is figured out
by him. Customer service is actually sometimes frustrating.

2. What is your current educational level? What continuing education and training are required?

Bachelor’s degree from UT Austin. Required are: no really specific training (mainly entry level job)

3. Please describe the typical day to day activities of someone working in your field.
(day-to-day activities)
Half of day is spent answering customer emails
¼ of day is various warehouse needs/duties
¼ of day also goes to product photography.

Very secure business is growing, no really need to worry about losing his job if company is failing. No
massive change yet.

Average: $35000
Low: $25000

More increase as businesses grow they will need customer service. Must need as a business.

Accounting and tax work. Tax codes are very complicated to work with.

Short terms plans to stick with the company for a couple of years.

Currently: under 10 employees
